"I am in the process of returning ram to this "company" and just recieved an email stating that they would accept my request for a refund but that they would charge me a 10% restocking fee instead of their normal 20% restocking fee. They refer to their terms of sale which only states "some items are subject to restocking fee." This is not a very clear statement since I never knew that my items would be subject to a restocking fee or what that fee was."
"This is my first experience with this company and they have really impressed me. The website was very easy to maneuver and ordering was a snap. I ordered Sunday night and they emailed me Monday afternoon telling me that my order had been shipped. Delivery was estimated for Thursday but it actually arrived Wednesday. I ordered a Thermaltake Volcano 12 and the price was almost half of what other retailers were quoting. The package arrived with no damage at all and was packed very nicely. Overall I'll have to give 11CB 10/10. If they keep this up they will really be giving Newegg a run for their money. I really do advise folks that always look to newegg because of quality and service to take a look at 11CB.com. If this is how they always do business, you certainly won't be disapointed. "I ordered 512 MB memory. When I received shipment the box contained cooling fans and a DVD RW drive (packing slip stated contents were memory modules). Called company and was told they would return my call. Two hours later, after no call back, I called again and got no answer. Next morning emailed company twice with no response. Emailed again on second day stating that I was disputing charge with my credit card company, asked to cancel order and arrange for return of cooling fans, etc. Again no response. UPS shows up at my house expecting to pick up a package (T&S never notified me that these arrangements were made). After UPS returned package I thought everything was over, but then received a FEDEX email that they were now sending my original order (despite credit card dispute and request to cancel order). It goes on and on with no response to calls and/or email. Finally, (6 weeks later) I received a return ship label and have sent package back. Hopefully, I am done with this company. All in all it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. "

So I was impressed that they got the order and shipped it that afternoon, 2 days before Christmas. If only FedEx was as fast... Its been a week already and I see nothing, not even the order status on the website says shipped. They are not telling me there are any problems. "I bought 512MB (2x256) RDRAM for my HP Pavilion 9795C. This RAM is hard to find, even harder to find cheap. 11CB had it for just $88 + shipping. What a great deal, I finaly could afford to upgrade.
I placed my order and within 3 days I had my package. It took only one day to process and 2 days to ship.
The RAM works great, 100% compatable. Quick and painless from start to finish.
I almost forgot, the only problem that I had with 11CB was trying to tell if my item was in stock before ordering. I had to email customer service, they replied in 48 hours and let me know it was in stock.

"I made an order on Wednesday and purposely got the FedEx 2 day shipping (even though it cost more) so that I could have the items before the weekend. Instead they had not yet shipped on Thursday and the delivery date was for Monday. I payed more for a faster delivery, but in the end lost the extra money, and the weekend. The price is good for what they sell, but if you need it in a hurry, don't bother."
