"they are the worse company I have dealt with in a long time. DONT purchase from them. Customer service is terrible and shipping what you have ordered and paid for is non-existent!! The worse web retailer out there - just remember, you have been warned. I still dont have my order and all I get are excuses. PATHETIC!!!"

"I wanted to leave a quick review. I placed my order on 06/08/12. I got my receipt for payment immediately to my email. However, after a week passed without any word/updates, I started to wonder where my stuff was. I called 06/18/12-no hold time-and spoke with a very nice gentleman who was very helpful, said my stuff should ship out that day and he would send me the tracking info-well I never got an email so I called the next day-again no hold time-and actually spoke with the same guy. He apologized for the oversight, and sent me my tracking info, and my stuff was shipped 06/18. It was shipped FedEx "SmartPost" with an estimate of 7-10 business day shipping. Finally today 06/23/12 my stuff arrived (delivered by USPS who sometImes will finish SmartPost deliveries). Anyhow, stuff was great-exactly as described, packaged well, and how can I complain about shipping since I paid $0.00 for it. Also, where else can you get these items for so cheap? Overall I was extremely satisfied. Reading the other reviews got me unnecessarily nervous. To sum it up, I got some great deals and would recommend the site-however, the shipping/handling was a bit slow from what I'm used to expecting, so make sure you allow a min of 2 wks before expecting the item.
Also, my items were shipped to Cleveland, OH.

"These guys are fraudsters. I rate them -1/5. I placed this order on May 31 2012 and a couple of days later I got no communication about shipping. So, I complained to them. They then blamed it on FedEx saying that FedEx was experiencing delays in updating tracking numbers. I waited a couple of days and they still made the same excuse. They asked me if I can wait a week since the order was shipped and was in transit. I waited a week. Still no shipment. I complained again and now they are ignoring me. They are a scam."

"They had a deal on knit hats (2 for $5.00 with free shipping). I ordered 4 hats. It did say that they could not guarantee color or style but said if you put notes in the order you may get what you want. I put a note for 3 boys hats and 1 girl had. when I got the package I received 3 girl hats and 1 boy hat. Needless to say I wasn't too thrilled and submitted a complaint ticket (expecting nothing). If you are wondering why they got such a high rating from me it's because of the customer service.

I received an email back with an apology about the color mix up. Annie from customer service said that they will be sending me 3 more boy hats when they get more in.....for FREE! That's the kind of company I want to do business with. I was expecting a form email back saying, "sorry Mr. customer but it's not our fault". Instead I got a real human who worked to fix the problem. That's how you make happy customers.

Great company....great website!!!

"I placed an order 2/9 and it took them 9 days to process it, they finally shipped it out via smarpost, which is a ridiculous fedex service. Since I live an hour from the seller, I dont undestand why its going to take a week for me to receive my order.
Another thing, the package started out at 7 lbs and when I checked again couple days ago, its now 5 lbs, so not sure if they lost items in the process. I like the prices, but their terrible shipping process makes me question buying anything in the future.

"It was terrible when I open the boxs of my order, 1 of them was torn off a part, another one was disappoint the demision, it was not worth for what you pay. This is my 1st first ever and the seller never accept a return on the item that unwanted."

"I have ordered several times from 13deals.com. I will agree that shipping is kinda slow. It took just over a week to ship out and then another 5 days to get my item. I submitted a ticket asking about the delivery time and they explained that they use FedEx smartpost which means that FedEx delivers it to my local post office who then delivers it to me. Not ideal but at least I know what to expect. I have been very satisfied with the items I've gotten (a watch for my husband, a pillow pet type toy for my son, etc).
I do wish I got my items sooner but to me it's worth it for the prices I've gotten on things. I've never had a wrong order so I can't speak to how they handle it but the response I got to my shipping question was very polite and I got it the same day. I have a site I order pictures and photo gifts from that also has very slow shipping. It was frustrating the first time I ordered but I now just know that's how it is and the tradeoff for super inexpensive prints is worth it(as long as I don't need them ASAP!). That's how I feel about 13deals. I'm hoping to continue to have good transactions with them since I just ordered the sock monkey hat from them!

"This is what i just wrote them:( Very Bad)
OK, I got my order today. Missing many things which was a surprise since I have been back and forth with customer service. I have contacted you more than you have contacted me on the status of my order and the fact that it was missing many items. Crossed out in pen with "Sorry!!" next to it. So I look at my statement and see that I was refunded $12.98 to my credit card. Math to me doesn't work out. I received only the scratch pad (exi-mshgscthr), 1 OUT!cat bathing wipes 2pk out (lis-70152) of the three I ordered. 1 can of Clean and Green aerosol out of 2 and they were suppose to be two can's not one hence pack (xsm-cg2pk) and no Hartz dental chew (lis-dtlchw-2pk).

This was a completly horrible experience. Items didn't come by xmas when ordered on 12/9. They come a month later then I find out when it arrives that this isn't a complete order. Should have been e-mailed that a long time ago. Then i get refunded back the incorrect amount. Please correct this so I can be finished with your company.

"So here's the deal, these guys are absolute scammers. I ordered some christmas lights (set of 3 to be exact) and used a coupon that allowed free shipping if I bought two different items. So I added this pocket knife I did not want to save on shipping. On the same day 13deals shipped my order, they decided to cancel the 3 sets of christmas lights and tell me it was out of stock. So basically I got stuck paying for the one item i DID not want. What did I find out after the cancellation of this item? My package of only the pocket knife (because the christmas lights were cancelled) was shipped to me on 11/11/10. And as of 11/13/10 I checked the 13deals site THEY STILL HAVE THE SAME EXACT CHRISTMAS LIGHTS FOR SALE! The status said (hurry and buy almost sold out) I even took a screen shot. I emailed them without no reply. So basically they are scammers and are selling items they never had in stock in the first place. You have been warned DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. "

"I received my order on the 20th. It took them 11 days to ship my order, but I was kind of scare because I forgot to check this company here before I placed my order. So I emailed them twice. They DID reply me back quickly. (at least they did)

So in conclusion, I DID receive my order (a $7 order) but it took too long to ship.

"This company sells a "Cool Club" membership for $4.99 promising advanced notice of new sales. Quoting their sales/support email to me "The advance notice means that you get your notices one hour before non-members."

Not only do they send email of their new products 4-10 hours after they posted to the website. But I signed up a non-Member account to their mailing list and recived the same notification of new products within two minutes of each other.

Verifying through the mail header, it left their mail server within 1 minute 52 seconds of each other. This is not 1 hour advanced notice as promised when you pay for their service.

As anyone who deals with IHTHT and 13Deals - knows getting advanced notice or seeing the product first is important as these type of sites sell off fast. (Woot Rules!) But this site blatently lies to you about their cool club. Sure they give you 1/2 of the promised member benefit - you get a discount on your next order - but knowing that they have lied to me and keep on doing so - I'm not giving them any more money!

Had this been through the US Postal Service - it would be a clear case of mail fraud as they sold me a service and not only failed to delvier, but they keep lying about it.

I have lodged a dispute with PayPal for the $4.99 and hope that others have better luck.
