"I placed the order for 2 sets of solar lights. I received an email on June 25th that the order had been shipped. I checked the tracking number on FedEx and it finally showed the package arrived at FedEx at 11PM on June 30th. Estimated delivery is July 10th. That is almost a month after the order was placed. I haven't received the items yet so I cannot comment on the quality and condition of the items. I am already not ecstatic about the slow delivery. I wish I had read other peoples' comments before ordering, because slow shipping seems to be a common problem with 13Deals.com. "
"I ordered two items that were 13Deals 13th deal with a great price, obviously so great they weren't going to honor it. They made me wait over two weeks on each and then finally canceled my order, but no refund. I had to file PayPal disputes to get the first refund and am still waiting for resolution on dispute #2 with PayPal. 13Deals does not respond to emails through their own site. I will never do business with 13Deals ever again. Nor will I recommend them to anyone."
"Terrible company with NO customer service. The ship weeks after they tell you they have, don't respond to any emails (14 days and counting with NO response) and couldn't care less about their customers.

When the item arrived, i wanted to return it...contacted the customer service...10-15 days later, they declined the RMA...I don`t know of any vendor that do not take a return if the box is not opened !!

"This merchant (Jammin' Butter)present misleading information to buy his goods. He sells Planet Earth blue ray with HDMI cable for $16 and his add says that this costs $50 on Amazon.com. I received only part 1-3 of Planet Earth from the 11 parts. The price of $50 on Amazon is $50 for the 11 parts. And he compare his sale of the 3 parts with that on Amazon for 11 parts in a misleading way. MY order confirmation email showed Planet Earth and no word that he sends you only part 1-3. In addition the disk I received have notice on it "For promotional use only. Not for sale!". He did not respond to my complaints. I filled a dispute resolution with my bank."
"I ordered what I believed to be the entire Planet Earth BD set from 13Deals, but it turned out it was only episodes 1 and 2. I found this out and sent an email canceling the order within hours of placing it. After not hearing from 13Deals, or apparently Jammin Butter as they show up on Paypal, for 3 days, I filed a dispute with Paypal. Jammin Butter/13Deals chose to not respond to the dispute until 2/29, the day after they shipped the order. The told me to refuse the order when it came, and I pointed out that it was being shipped through FedEx and wouldn't require a signature based on a conversation with FedEx, and I wouldn't be home when it arrived, so I wouldn't be able to refuse. In the end, Paypal provided absolutely zero buyer protection for me and sided with Jammin Butter/13Deals. Arrogant company, zero customer service, I highly recommend you stay away."
"This merchant never shipped my order. They sent me a fake tracking number. They never responded to email. They never responded to messages through their ticket system. I filed a chargeback with Citibank and a complaint with the BBB. The merchant's BBB rating as of today is D+."
"It took them about 10 days to ship the router after ordering. That seems to be their standard turn-over time. Other than the time, they were very nice to deal with. They called me to let me know that they had made a mistake, and the router they had sold as new was actually refurbished, they were calling everyone to see if they were still ok with the order after knowing that. I thought that was nice of them to voluntarily call everyone that had ordered one thinking it was new. I called them a few time to find out when thye are going to ship it, they were very polite and helpful.
My big gripe is the shipping time though. A definite minus in the days of same-day shipping offered by so many other retailers. "
"I placed an order with them and had to call them numerous times to remind them to please ship my item. Then I found out the that item was never shipped and the tracking is no good. After I spoke to them, they refused my order and told me the order will be cancelled. Why did they even send me an email stating that the item has been shipped in the first place? Also, do not get suckered into the first 30 getting free shipping, that is a hoax, upgraded members get first dibs on those, plus the order process never tells you whether you will get free shipping until you place the order. This seller is a joke, do not trust them with your money."
