"Terrible experience. I placed an order on Feb. 20 and have yet to receive my order (March 8th). I've called the customer service number and left numerous messages, emailed and tried the live chat. The customer service representative seems to always be busy. I am about to take legal actions. My card has been charged and no one ever gets back to me. For such a strong name, I would think they can at least return a phone call. All I want is my order!"

The Advantage Multi is not even the same product. They are selling Advocate.
Also, they are illegal selling Program Plus which is not even a drug approved by the FDA/EPA in the USA.
The website shows no physical address. Seems shady to me.

"I placed an order on 2/4/12 (a Saturday) for Frontline plus for my 3 dogs. I ordered from the website due to the cheap price and having 3 dogs cost is important. Since I ordered on a Saturday, I knew that the order will not process until Monday. As per their own website's help section, it states: "All of our orders are sent out on the same date with US Postal 1st Class Guarantee, this way you’ll be satisfied in ordering with 1800FrontLine.com once you’ve received your product(s) in 4-6 business days." Nothing could be further from the truth.
If this were the case and the order were to ship on 2/6/12, then I would have gotten the order between 2/9 and 2/13. I called on 2/16 to see the status of the order and was only given a tracking number for my products. the tracking number stated at the time that on 2/6 they had gotten our order ready for shipping. It is now 2/19 and I still have not received my order nor any explanation of what happened to the order. Furthermore, in checking the tracking number, it states that the order was ready on 2/6/12 and the order was "accepted" on 2/17 at 8 PM. So what happened to the order for the last 11 days? Did the company "miss" the order for 11 straight days? Was the order backordered? No one at the company has sent me an e-mail or called me. In fact, the only way I got the tracking information was to get it myself by having an online chat on 2/16. By the way, the order is still in California and I am in Louisiana. Furthermore, it is Mardi Gras in New Orleans now, if I don't get it by then, it will be at least another 3 days before I get it.
I have read the reviews on this website and I agree 100% with the negative ones. It is not our fault that 1800Frontline does not scale correctly for the in flux of orders in the first week of February as a response from the company claims (a company response posted on 2/14/12 on this website).
I would ask for a replacement order but, at this point I feel hoodwinked and taken advantage of. I would cancel the order but, I need the medicine. It is to the point that one of my dogs has scabs on her back from bitting and scratching so much. If I send you some pictures it would break your heart. Will the company step up and do the right thing or will I be put on the back burner and not noticed like I have been for the last 16 days? If 1800Frontline were a respectable company, they should have no issues working with me to resolve this situation. At this point, I have to wonder."

"I ordered from this "company" back in Feb. It took about 3 weeks, but I did get my product. They sent it in a 6 pack box when I ordered a 3 month supply which was odd. I, like everyone else was not able to get a hold of anyone for the 3 weeks that I was waiting for my order, but I did end up getting it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone."
