"Will never order from this site again. Aweful experience. My order was placed and supposed to be shipped on 1-27. It is now 2-13 and I have yet to receive my order. I have contacted customer service via their live chat option 4 times about my order.Each time they tell me I should have it in 2-3 days. The tracking number provided has not been updated since 1-27. They keep assuring my the product is in route, but when I contacted USPS, they said that this just meant that the shipping label was printed, but they have not received the items for shipment.

In response. I appreciate that the site claims to be rectifying the situation by sending out a new shipment, but I have yet to receive either the original or the replacement shipment. And I do understand that shipping delays happen, but every time I speak with Customer Service I am assured that it will be here in 2-3 days, and that was over a week ago. So I would like a little more concrete proof that indeed it will be here when it is said it will be. The tracking number provided is worthless, since it has not been updated at all. "
