They said they could only refund me 50% and 20% off a future order. I told them I would never order again. They refused a refund. I called my credit card to dispute charge. They ruined the birthday surprise"

Awhile later, they left a message on my phone saying local florist couldnt do that arrangement so would I approve "florist choice" I said absolutely not ! Find out which arrangments they did have so I could see or get the lforist to call me. Two more hours later another call wanting to offer the same "florist choice". Asked for a supervisor, wouldnt' get one right away. Offered discount to stay with them. Still no ability to view what the florist had. Finally superivsor comes on - offers 50 % discount and I still say "no" . I wnat to know what I am sending to a funeral! Only had one day to get this ordered. Finally called the FUneral home, got the name of a recommended florist and BOOM all done and wonderful! Also, couldn't understand all three of the customer service reps on the phone"
"Hours spent on the phone during over half a dozen different phone calls. Flowers were never delivered. Employees can barely understand English & it’s all of them because spoke with a different person every time we spoke. You can spell it out for them / “A as in apple, B as in boy, C as in cat, etc. & they still can’t get the spelling right. I mean, what else can you do? Delivery was supposed to be to the largest church in the state of TN, yet they couldn’t find it after multiple attempts. Don’t waste your time. Call a local florist once & be done with it. What a nightmare. A person only dies once physically so there’s nothing this sorry company could ever do to make this right."

When I tried to apply I was told that since the flowers is $39.99 - one cent shy from that $40.00 Groupon, I have to buy more. But the customer service refused to recognize that there is also $14.99 service charge in addition to $39.99. So the goods + services (tax not included) is $$54.98, way more than $40! Don't buy from them!"
"Do not order from 1800 flowers please I used to work there in the Boston area as a subcontractor to delivery there flowers. They treat you like **** blame the driver for everything because they can’t make the flowers in time . They take cost of goods off your pay and don’t pay if no one is home. They expect the impossible and then wonder what happened I have been out till 12 o’clock delivering flowers. Do not Order from them please. I could write a book on here about all the illegal **** they do with independent contactors. So my advice don’t ever work

"I purchased a Groupon and was able to order what looks like it will be a decent bouquet for a reasonable price. The website was an absolute nightmare, and it took me at least 4 tries to get the order to go through and the voucher applied. Finally it went through. This was 5 days ago. Today, almost 20 full days before the scheduled delivery date, I notice I have a charge for $21, which is accurate with the Groupon discount but then a second purchase for $71. Somehow I now have two separate orders. I spent over an over “chatting” online with customer service, going at times 20 minutes between responses from “Marc”, only to be told that the second order had been “pushed” and could not be canceled. Almost three weeks before the delivery date and I’m being told it’s too late to cancel. I was given the option of 10% back and delivery to a different address for the second, unwanted, arrangement. I am furious and disgusted by this company. I will be using The Bouqs at all times in the future as their customer service was phenomenal and fair. This entire company is an absolute scam and they do not, in any way, try to adequately serve their customers. One star is far too much for this place. "
"I wanted to stab myself in the eye after placing my order. It took almost an hour. Then the flowers didnt arrive for my fathers funeral. Only called because it was sudden and the florists were closed or I wouldve done it in person. Then customer service was awful when trying to resolve my complaint. Never ever again. "If I could give zero stars I would. Two weeks and still no flowers!!! Bait and switch from day 1. Received a call within the hour of placing the order saying the flowers were not available and they would like to FedEx something else (a teeny plant). Could here other representatives in the background saying the exact same thing. Called numerous times with various anticipated delivery times. Various excuses: Florist was closed; florist does not have flowers to fill this order; no other florist in the area. I've ordered fro FTD and Proflowers; NEVER had this problem. What a scam. Finally asked for a refund. Let's see if it comes...."

"made a purchase of over $200, and I paid for same say. The company made an attempt to deliver at a time when I told them the recipient would not be home. They only attempted once and left a note saying she would have to pick up at a store. I contacted support and was told they were sorry. They also told me they hoped "I would let them deliver smiles again soon".
I felt so helpless that my $200 was being wasted. They told me they were certain the flowers would go out the next day, but they would not tell me a set time. They gave a 12 hour window. So...first it will be a day late. Then it won't be at a set time, and I tell them that I wanted same day because the next day she was leaving town for 24 hours. So the recipient may get her flowers 48 to 72 hours after they were supposed to be in her hand. They will be old because she will not be there to get them fresh. I am sure they do not care to lose my $200 repeat business, but I really do care because that is a lot of money to me. So, I only suggest everyone think about if the money they are spending is ok to disappear with no product or flowers. If you can spare to lose money or have late deliveries then this is the business for you."
