"I am really happy with my purchase of prescription flea medicine for my dog. It was shipped 2 days after my order, arrived quickly and it was about $10 less than what the vet charges. It arrived with a bone that my dog devoured.
Six months update: I had placed a second order. The only issue was my placing a second order while a previous order was on hold after vet didn't authorize it as my dog was due for a visit. I had thought the first order was cancelled while it was in fact on hold. In any case, a call to the vet and the very friendly customer service at 1800petmeds fixed that. Still pleased with my shopping experience with them."

"Wow, the most outdated website i have seen. Could not go through the checkout, and Paypal payment gave me blank page half way through the transaction ((HUGE security hole) . Tried the live chat, which was equally horrible and didn't work well, the rep wasn't even reading what i was typing, just asked for my address. Looks like they have made no improvements for over a decade . overall it was so frustrating to place a simple order i ended up going elsewhere. Maybe instead of spending all this money on advertising, they can make sure their site ACTUALLY WORKS and is SECURE. Neither of which is the case."
"Very pleased with 1-800-PetMeds. I am sick of paying the Vet's insane markup for Advantix and other similar products like HeartGuard. In Canada the only place we can buy Advantix is through a Vet. Now with 1-800-PetMeds we don't have to. We bought a 12 pack Advantix for less than it would cost us for 6 months through our Vet. 1800PetMeds has great customer service. The post below mine shows it. I see they responded to the customers complaint and are willing to help."
"1800PetMeds has one thing going for them: price. Unfortunately, after attempts on three different prescriptions, I can't ever seem to get them to ship the item. The latest is a prescription for Soloxine. It's been around two weeks since I ordered. At first it was a back and forth between the vet and 1800petmeds to get the prescription. That didn't work, so I got the vet to write me a script which I then scanned and emailed to them. Apparently the customer service team doesn't enter my information or status into the system, as I've received the same canned email response multiple times. Every time, it indicates that my vet needs to approve something, or release information, but they already have the script and my vet has no idea what they're talking about. I really congratulate those of you who can actually buy anything from this store, but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone (even considering the 50-75% discount when compared to vet pharmacies).
Do not use them, it's not worth the time and effort."

"Each and every time I deal with 1800petmeds, either on-line or by phone, it is always such a positive experience in every aspect. The customer service reps are very helpful and pleasant. I order Pancrezyme about every 2 months or so. One time, our dog had an adverse effect from it, I called 1800petmeds and they sent me a new prescription no questions asked. Other companies should take a cue from you on the RIGHT way to handle the customer. My pets are like family to us and thank you for making us a part of yours.
