"The company does not wish to make anything right with customers when parts guaranteed to fit do no fit. I bought a set of spark plugs and coil packs from 1A Auto. Their website requires you to add a year, make, and model to provide a fit. Not just a fit though, everything on there site is guaranteed to fit. After two attempts the company refuses to fix the issue and make it right. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM."
"Cheap Chinese parts sold with a horrible return policy. I wouldn’t recommend them. I have purchased multiple parts and noticed after a year they fail. 8 vehicles in the house (6kids), and did a bunch of repairs, now replacing a lot of these parts within a year. Returns will cost an arm and a leg and they will try to get out of them."
"Generally I find 1A Auto parts reliable wiht perfect fitment for after market parts at a reasonable cost. The inventory is extensive and shipping is sometimes at no cost. Having recently purchased a aftermarket part that unfortunately fail, I was at a lost on how to handle the situation at hand. I contacted 1A Auto Customer Service, provided details and evidence of the failed part, and was immediately issued a refund. Additionally, 1A Auto did not require return but suggested I donate the part to a Automotive training school or other similar type facility hat could repair the failed unit "

"I've bought a set of trq shocks and I must say that brand is trash. I see why it's the price it is because the quality of trq products aren't good. Bought water pump thermostat and I had to return those at least two times because they didn't work they were faulty. Then I missed my refund window by one day while my jeep was sitting in the shop. They have lifetime warranty and I see why. It's because the product aren't any good"

Pricing was fair and shipping was fast. The You Tube video explained everything we needed to do and we were able to replace the struts quickly and easily. My husband transports a lot of sports equipment and having a back gate that kept falling on his head was frustrating (and dangerous!). Replacing the parts were easy as video and car runs good after. Did have problem with the code reader to reading car codes and spark plug socket not for my spark plugs. "Bought front end suspension kit for an 01 V70. Inner tie rods failed about 18 months later. Expected to jump through hoops to get them warrantied. TRQ opened my email at 8am and had the new replacements shipped out less than 2 hours later! 5 star for sure!!"
