"I ordered a complete front end kit that had all the ball joints, tie rods shocks and struts, that said it was compatible with my RWD 4Runner, after installation the front end sat almost 2 inches higher, I thought it would settle, after 2 years it was still sitting too high. After doing research the struts that they said it were compatible for a 2WD/RWD 4Runner were actually for a 4WD 4Runner. I ordered 2WD/RWD front struts springs, after swapping out the springs, the vehicle sits level. I sent an email to A1Auto and they asked for several pictures and said that they would send it for investigation, the customer service was excellent but never heard that the product was wrong."
