"This is about hte lousiest setup i've seen yet. I ordered 256 MB PC2700 on July 2nd. Fedex lost teh first order, so i can't blame them, Howver, i 'm still waiting to recieve a refund for the claim filed. To top it all off, i had to return the memory at my expense defective. The memory modual came with large, deep cracks in the small chip up in the corner. So far i have $85 invested with nothing to show for it."
"Seems to be good service. I got my delivery within a few days, and it was suppose to come in over a week. I bought 512 SDRAM PC133 from them. My RAM works great. Although they recommeneded that I not use PC133 on certain computers on the website, but my friend said it'll work fine and it does."
"I ordered the 10th and they shipped the 12th. I ordered the "Market Grade - Generic" RAM and despite what they say it is decent stuff, it WILL run at PC133 or PC2100 and comes with a lifetime warranty."
"I purchased a stick of industry standard"256 high density " ram from 1st choice Memory. The shipping was a little slow, took 11 days, but I guess thats not bad since it was "free shipping'. The memory stick was packaged nicely, and in a secure, padded box. Good job on the packagig. It worked fine and was exactly as they stated in thier ad. I would definely do business here again, and reccomend to my friends."
"Ordered 256MB dimm. Decent prices, shipped within 24 hours of order, arrived on time and worked perfectly. No problems at all."
"Ordered Friday night before Memorial Day weekend. There was a problem on what I ordered and I couldn't call them until the following Tuesday to resolve my mistake. They still shipped it out and got it to me on that same Friday. So 3 days of holliday and an error on my end and I still get my merchandise in one week and it works perfectly. They also offered free ground shipping on what I ordered, which I took advantage of. I highly recommend this dealer.
Only things they could work on that affected me are not having 24/7 customer service by phone and not resolving my problem via email."
"I've bought RAM from them at least 3 times. A PC133 256mb Low-density, a PC133 512mb, and a PC2700 512mb. All were the 'Atlas Precision Brand,' and all are still working perfectly. Shipping is fairly high for a 0.3Lb item, but that's the shipping company, not them. Great product (at least the hi-grade stuff, anyway) and the peace of mind with that nice '100% Satisfaction & Compatibility Guarantee' gives me is good too. :)
I'll gladly deal with them again."
"I purchased 2-512 MB sticks of their middle quality PC-133 SDRAM on 3/15. The price was good but I didn't expect to receive PC-100 on the 22nd. The memory sticks have 8NS memory modules on them which are clearly of the PC-100 variety. Check http://www.dewassoc.com/performance/memory/how_to_id_pc133.htm for details... Also, to be even more shady the PC-100 on the white sticker that is affixed to the memory modules is crossed out in black marker, just to make sure noone picks up on that. I'm definitely not pleased waiting 7 days to get memory and then have to wait another 7-10 days to get reimbursed. I'd better get a full refund eventhough, they mention a 15% restocking fee. I would definitely not recommend buying from this company as efforts were made by 1stchoicememory to send me inferior items. These would not boot at PC133 as the customer service rep suggested. Buyer beware....."
"Both 2 sticks of pc 133 256Mb of ram. I was shipped 128 Mb instead. I sent it back three times. Each time it came back with a QA sheet saying it was 256 not 128. Hell I paid three times more in shipping that the memory was worth at the time. I won't be recommending this site to anyone!
