"Only shipped one of six items and charged me the full amount for the order, almost $300. Weeks later, when I contacted them about where the rest of the order is, they didn't even know what I was talking about. When they finally realized they messed up the order, they said they were sorry and that it would ship soon. I asked them if that was it and they told me yes that is it. I asked them if they were even going to try to make it up to me and they said no. I asked if they would like to refund my shipping charges, they said no."

"I bought online and paid for 512mb PC133 Atlas Precision SDRAM with a lifetime replacement warranty. 1stChoiceMemory shipped another brand of memory. Several weeks after that SDRAM was installed I discovered it was defective and causing Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors. So, I returned that SDRAM stick to 1stChoiceMemory for warranty replacement.

More than a month later they returned the same defective stick of SDRAM to me along with a note claiming that the memory I returned to them did not have a 1stChoiceMemory serial number, so they refused to replace it under warranty. Adding insult to injury, they applied an unauthorized $2.75 charge to my credit card for the cost of returning the memory to me.

I have NEVER bought nor received any SDRAM memory from AN supplier other than 1stChoiceMemory. The memory I returned to them was the same stick they shipped to me in late April or early May. As I said, they did not ship the Atlas Precision memory that I ordered in the first place. Now, they're trying to weasel out of their warranty commitment with a lame and fraudulent excuse. I'll try contacting their CEO. If that doesn't get it, I'll sick my credit card issuer on them.
