"I purchased a desk recently from Wayfair and have spent more than a week and half on the phone every day and online with many online shopping websites with their customer service people trying to locate and order a 2 drawer lateral file cabinet and an executive Swivel Chair to complete our home office. Their Customer Service Reps. have not exteneded themselves to actually being Customer Service oriented at all. They would not assist in looking online without having a SKU#, they could not tell me if an item has been discontinued or when it may be available in the future or even it is going to be available. Many of the manufacturers offer the exact same items under a different furniture collections name. I came across 1stopbedrooms.com and read some of the reviews and was hesitatant because of the negative vibes. After speaking with two different Sales Reps. and asking them for reassurance that indeed they're legitite, I did feel completely comfortable and was able to place my first order for our chair and will receive it within 5-7 days. My other item will be back in stock within another week and I will definitely be placing the order with 1stopbedrooms.com This is the first time in DAYS AND OVER A WEEKS ON THE PHONE DAILY TRYING TO GET THIS DONE!
