"I made my order on December 26, 2023, and received it from 1 stop bedroom.com on January 2, 2024. it came with the wrong armless chair which was huge and took a big part of my apartment it made my living hard with 2 kids. They took the wrong part after a few weeks but until today January 31, 2024, I didn't receive my correct armless chair. I have been calling them the whole month everyone told me something different they said the process takes 3 days then it takes 3 weeks then we found it then the replacement am confused I don't know who to believe I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor they didn't let me talk with them. I paid more than 4000 dollars but until today am missing part of my furniture they haven't apologized or refunded or anything am unsatisfied. They have really bad customer service each person says something different long wait times to fix the problem, and you can't reach the manager or supervisor they will not let you speak with anyone."
