However, Payless Furniture/ 1 Stop Bedrooms is a horrible company, it ruined my 23 year relationship with PayPal and I shouldn’t be at this juncture of using a store credit being forced to buy something. I never received my sofa, it was damaged in transit and company decided to return the item. I was penalized for your poor shipping practices and I never was able to exercise my 30 day money back guarantee. I’m glad to say that I will never use or refer your company to anyone for any reason. "I'm still waiting for a dresser (part of a suit) that I ordered in September 2023. I received all the other pieces in October, but my dresser (most expensive piece) is still missing and no one seems to care. I caution you to shop somewhere else. This company is a big conglomerate and personal service is lacking. It seems like quite a racket when you are missing you most expensive piece of what you've ordered. It makes you wonder how many people this has happened to. If you read reviews you'll see several. I wish I had read reviews much closer.
