"Not only is the product I bought much cheaper than their competitors but their customer service was great each time.
The first time I was contacted by customer service was ensure my order was correct, at during that initial interaction they actual caught a mistake that I made and were able to save me a ton of time and hassle later.
Then next time I reached out to customer service because of a missing piece (not their fault, but the deliver services) they were super responsive and helped me quickly resolve the issue!"

"In May 2023 I paid for a set of bedroom furniture to be delivered white glove due to my injuries. two pieces were damaged. Crew wouldn't take it back and company has sent me 5 more damaged replacement pieces each worse than originals. I had to pay someone to unbox, photograph, file complaint and dispose of what they sent while they are getting paid from shipper again & again. We still don't have our order fulfilled. below are just a few pics of what we received."

"I purchased almost $1000 of furniture at the 1stopbedroom 40 DAYS AGO and supposedly delivered it by NSD. I have not got my furniture and I called and emailed MULTIPLE TIME the 1stopbedroom and they do not have any idea what is going on. I do not know if the NSD delivered to the wrong address, or if they are fake stores. I am hoping for a resolution to that drama.
I called again multiple times the 1stopbedroom and again they say that they have emailed the delivery provider, and I can NOT request a full refund. That store is a joke and do not respect the client.
