They took ownership of that error and made things right. I will order from this company again and recommend it to others with some notes and caveats. Once order issues were resolved, I received the product as described within the prescribed time period for shipping.
Website glitch stated shipping at $0 for a HP Color Laserjet printer. The $0 quoted price was for distribution center pick up (will call). The webpage did not offer alternatives despite entering correct zip code for my home. The order completed and I received email confirmations. Got a follow-up email saying order was incomplete and that shipping was actually $33. I tried but was unable to resolve via Customer Service chat. Referred to manager who was not available that day. I called back the next day at the appointed time and quickly reached the right person. I explained the situation, emailed some documentation (screen shots of the product order page), and ended conversation while she reviewed the matter. Got a call back ten minutes later agreeing with my position. They could have just cancelled the order. Instead, they took ownership of the website error, honored the sale, and built the trust level to earn my repeat business. I received my product as expected.
- Most orders will complete without problems. This experience shows me that when problems occur, this company will work to resolve. Based on what happened AFTER problem resolution, I have every expectation that future orders will be executed in a professional, business-like manner.
- They need to clean up with on-line presentation. There were other minor items such as misspelled words in their canned email documents, etc.
- Accessibility was excellent. I like the chat service. It allows for documentation (copy/paste into a word document) and accounts for flexibility for my location and availability. When I needed to reach a decision-maker, I was able to do so promptly and without problems."
