"They shipped me a different blu-ray player than the one I ordered. When I let them know, they informed me they were out of the one I wanted (even though it is still listed as "In Stock" on their website), so they just sent something similar. This is really something I should have been informed of before they shipped me a product I did not order. I had particular reasons for choosing the player I wanted, and had I known it was unavailable, I would have liked to have made my own choice about what it should be replaced with, if anything. The player they shipped is not what my second choice would have been. When I contacted them, they said "sorry", but did not offer an exchange or make any attempt to ensure I was satisfied."

"Very knowledgable and helpful. I mentioned on phone call that appliance was going to be used in Korea. I then ordered it online and the kind gentleman remembered my phone call and even put a Korea plug in the box for me! Ordered online Friday and it was delivered on Monday just as he promised. Could not be more pleased with this company and will definitely use again!"
