When I let them know, they informed me they were out of the one I wanted (even though it is still listed as "In Stock" on their website), so they just sent something similar. This is really something I should have been informed of before they shipped me a product I did not order. I had particular reasons for choosing the player I wanted, and had I known it was unavailable, I would have liked to have made my own choice about what it should be replaced with, if anything.
