"I ordered Custom Wristbands for a Big Event that we were hosting. I was expecting them to meet our deadline, however the production time fell over the Chinese New Year so production was stopped and now I am not sure my items will arrive by the deadline. On the same note...I was really impressed by the customer service and the dedication to the ones involved overseeing the production to do what they can to meet my deadline. I also ordered another product recently because the price was great and I did have an option to have it produced in the USA. I thought that was a nice option.
