"These people are literally criminals. They will lie to you over and over again. We pulled the plug after 6 weeks of not receiving our bands and many lies, hours of phone calls and manager BS. We're filing fraud with our bank as they will not issue a refund. When I finally got a manager on the phone he basically accused us and tried to shame us- threatening that they are "the hugest company in Texas" with their terms and conditions carefully written out by lawyers. Crooks, criminals, con artists. The worst business ethic on the planet. This company should not be in business. I will also be contacting BBB and making sure that I tell every organization I know that needs such product to never ever do business with them. They also have multiple websites under different names. Make sure to vet any other companies to ensure it's not them. All of their sites come up right away on google. Their primary lie is that they make them in US. But if you call and pry you'll find out that production is in China. Stay far far away from them. Please excuse me while I go find every single other page on the internet that I can review them. I'm gonna have Justice. This is wrong what they've done. Evil company , evil management stealing money and lying."

"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We followed the provided template only to be told it was incorrect and to provide new artwork. After many phone calls, it was determined that the original artwork was actually correct. Customer service was completely incompetent. The automated system called me everyday for a week to tell me the project was on hold...although it was not. In the end the product was poorly printed and trimmed. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Save yourself a lot of stress by using a different vendor. "

Please note that the order had to initially be put on hold as the artworks submitted were of low resolution. For optimal results we requested that you provide vector files of the artwork. We had duly sent you 5 proofs which were rejected. Revised proofs of the 5 items were later sent and approved. You order was upgraded as per your approval and delivered on 10/23, 1 day before your requested deadline of 10/24.
