"Horrible services, Placed two orders both had issues and the service I got was terrible and very unprofessional. The live chat takes over 10 mins to get the first response and then they don't actually have any real information. They kept closing my support tickets when the issue wasn't resolved. For one order I ordered a swirl color, nowhere in the process of the order was there a disclaimer that the colors may mix, instead of two distinct colors as shown in the proof I got one from them blending. at first, they refused to fix it as they said it's in the t&c that they cannot guarantee a color but as I never saw or was requested to sign the t&c and nowhere on the order those it say that they relented and re-did the order. On my second order which I have yet to receive (Was ordered 2 months ago) It took over a month for them to resolve an artwork issue, they kept sending wrong proofs even when I send them exactly what I wanted proof and exact wording. They wanted to charge me for the new proofs that they kept screwing up as well! I requested a refund and to make the ticket into an official complaint, both were ignored, the ticket closed and since the order shows as in production but not shipped. it's been a month. I would stay far away from this site. "

Orders placed before cut-off time will enter into production the following day." This means that orders placed before 10 AM will enter into production the NEXT day; orders placed AFTER 10 AM will enter into production the FOLLOWING day (which is 2 business days later from the day order is placed). Note that customers can always choose and pay for RUSH (Same Day) production. Please be noted that your order was placed on Sep 14, 2018 at 12:34:37 with Rush Production (3 Days) and Rush Shipping (2 Days). This allows us a total of 5 business days to produce and deliver the order. All production and shipping days are in business days, as per agreed terms. September 15 & September 16 were non-business days (Saturday, Sunday). You placed the order on 9/14 after cut-off time, it started production from 9\18 and was delivered on 9/24 which is the 5th Business day being 9\24. As such we cannot deem your order as late. We hope we were able to clarify the matter. Nonetheless, we humbly apologize for any inconvenience caused and we have thus offered to a partial refund of 15% on the shipping fees. "I ordered yesterday and thought I was getting 100 wrist bands for $50 plus 100 free wrist bands. I had a promo code for $5 off for your purchase if you give them your email. So my total was $45. I choose free shipping. Put my credit card info in and checked out with $45 being the total amount due. Today I looked at my bank statement and was charged $60. I called and they said that it was a $15 processing fee for the 100 wrist bands. I didn't see that part but found it today. What makes me upset is that at check out I was told it was $45 and I doesn't show that they add a $15 process fee when you check out. They scam you!!! Very sad and wont order from them again."

Although the customization and production for the 100 extra is FREE, there is a shipping/handling fee that adds to the overall total for the bands. However, a handling fee of $15 (for ¼ inch, ½ inch, and ¾ inch wristbands) or $20 (for 1 inch, 1.5 inch, and 2 inch wristbands) will apply." Thus, we do indeed disclaim this on the website. "I ordered wristbands for my company for an event one full month in advance. The estimated arrival date they quoted was October 3rd. I went through with the order thinking that was plenty of time. Even if they were a couple days late (considering it's an estimation) they would be in time for the event on the 14th. It is now the 12th and they are telling me they won't be here until the 16th. I tracked the package and it's in Japan right now. So now I have wristbands that will be at my doorstep two days after the event I needed them for and the event name is on them so I cannot use them for anything else. They are telling me "it is out of their hands" and "I should have told them I was on a deadline." Their production takes way too long, their quoted estimations are way off and their customer service is horrendous."

"$200 on cheap tote bags. The totes I ordered were described as a certain size on their website and the product I received is undersized. In regards to the sizing, had "slight variations and imperfections" been stated on their website I would have been prepared, or I wouldn't have ordered this particular product. Do yourself a favor and give a local company your time and money.
Their website states that the tote bands I ordered are 13.5"(W) x 14.5"(H) with 20" handles. The product I received was 13"(W) x 14" (H) with 17.5" handles.
These were supposed to be handouts for an event where people will be buying a lot of vinyl LPs. These bags literally only fit one LP per bag. I'm extremely unhappy and their "Customer Service" says there's nothing they can do to correct the issue or compensate me for the money I, apparently, have wasted. I have ordered other products and have been happy with them, but after this I will spend my money elsewhere."
