"I placed my order on Sep 27, 2018, with an Estimated Delivery Date: Thursday Oct 11, 2018. I called them Oct 17, 2018 to find out why my order was not received, I was told it was still in production and they would open a ticket to find out what was going on. The only responses state that it is still in production. It has almost been a month since I placed my order which is for a business need. They do not have a cancellation policy. Absolute scam!

"I recently placed an order at 24 Hour Wristbands after shopping around on price. I ran through multiple options and 24 Hour Wristbands was showing they were the best price. After getting everything exactly right I placed the order. Subtotal was $39.00, used a promo code SAVE10 for a credit of $3.90 and had a total of $35.10. Everything looked great so I clicked "Place My Order". Then reality hit as I recevied the email invoice. I now saw a subtotal of $54.00, discount of $3.90, and total of $50.10! I figured there must be some kind of error because no business in the world would advertise one price and charge me another and that the invoice didn't reflect the actual advertised charge. I pulled up my credit card statement and I had a charge for $50.10. So I opened a ticket and also called their customer support. I was told that it was perfectly acceptable that I be charged more than what was was advertised. Needless to say I had a horrible experience all around with 24 Hour Wristbands. Poor web checkout system and poor customer service. Buyer beware, you're probably paying more with 24 Hour Wristbands once the hidden costs land."

Please be noted that although the customization and production for the 100 extra is FREE, there is a shipping/handling (S/H) fee that adds to the overall total for the bands. This is very clearly stated in the ITEM DESCRIPTION on your cart right beside the 100 free wristbands stating "(+$15 to cover S/H added after checkout)." Please refer to the png image of the item description you personally provided us via the ticket where this very statement is displayed.
Furthermore, we also disclaim this on the very page where customers order the wristbands. The disclaimer states, "100 free wristbands are available to orders of 100 silicone wristbands or more. However, a handling fee of $15 (for ¼ inch, ½ inch, and ¾ inch wristbands) or $20 (for 1 inch, 1.5 inch, and 2 inch wristbands) will apply." Thus, we do indeed disclaim this on the Website, Item Description as well as in the invoice. Nonetheless, we apologize for the confusion. We hope this clarifies the situation.
