"I ordered 3 different types of in stock wristbands and they were delivered right on time! However, one of the items I ordered was NOT what was pictured! It was similar but not nearly as nice looking. I contacted 24HourWristbands and sent them the pictures of what I received and what I ordered along with my shipping label as requested. They told me I could send the wristbands back at my cost, and I would be charged a 25% restocking fee, and they would refund the other 75%. I told them that was not acceptable and would like to send them back at their cost and have them send me a different pattern of wristbands. Their answer was no. I am extremely disappointed in this company and I consider what they did to be false advertising because I did not get what was ordered as pictured. This was not a custom item - it was right from their website. "

We humbly apologize for any inconvenience or confusion caused. Please note that although we try our best to match tyveks print to the digital previews, pattern repetitions may vary from batch to batch. Due to which you received 2 types that is more consistent with the preview than the other where the patterns had a few more repetitions in the design. We state in our terms that, "Order previews from our website are just approximate previews and do not guarantee an exact match. On certain products, the number of times the artwork being repeated on the final products could be different from the digital proofs or order previews as the length or the dimension ratio of the actual products might be different from the digital representation of the products on the order previews."
As for restocking of products, agreed terms state, "Blank products can be returned to us with a 25% restocking fee and shipped at your own cost."
As such the order cannot be deemed defective because variations may occur as disclaimed in our terms. However, as you are displeased with one of the tyvek designs feel free to return those and we can issue a 75% refund as per agreed terms. We understand your dissatisfaction due to which we offered another option that you may return the tyveks for any other set of your preferred selection from our in-stock bands; in which case we will WAIVE the restocking fee, however you will need to pay for the reshipping of the new bands. This is due to the current bands not being considered as incorrect/defective and as we will be waiving the restocking fee. We hope we were able to clarify.
