I submitted a logo and text for printing on the glasses but my logo was of very poor quality. I got an e-mail to proof the final design before they went to production and was blown away with how the logo was cleaned up and was made to look just fantastic and professional.
I did an online chat with Steve who was the best of the best in customer support and responsiveness. Steve took upon himself to check on the status of my order, asked me when our deadline was for our reunion, checked with the production manager and conveyed that we needed to get the glasses before Friday. All of this happened within couple of minutes while I was on the online chat. Steve then went on to say that as soon as the order is complete and shipped he would send out a tracking number. I am confident that the glasses will arrive before Friday and make our Reunion memorable thanks to Steve and 24HourWristbands."

"It is my first time ordering through 24HourWristbans.com. I'm always a little nervous when ordering online from a company I haven't worked with before. I placed my order and I didn't receive a confirmation email but my credit card was charged which made me very nervous. I tried to log back in online to see my order but it wasn't recognizing my email. I called their customer service phone number and didn't receive much help but said they would resend the email to me...which I never received. I then decided to use their CS online chat option. Adam was able to pinpoint the problem, fix it and send me my confirmation email within minutes. He also checked on the status of my order and then let me know it should be shipping in the next day. Adam deserves 5 stars but because my first interaction with their CS department wasn't very helpful I only marked 4 stars. I recommend using the CS chat option if you need help with your order. "
