Thank you for placing the order with us.
We cannot provide a custom sample at no charge. If a pre-production sample is needed, it will be treated as an order and the final order will be subject to Color Matching considerations/constraints.
For more details, we strongly recommend you check Section 16 PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES, COLOR MATCHING, PROOFS, AND ORDER PREVIEWS of our terms and conditions that was agreed upon before order confirmation.
Please know the invoice was created however the payment did not come through. Please check with your bank and contact us as soon as possible in order to proceed with the order avoiding any delay. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you and have a great day!

"I have used 24hourwristbands in the past. I expected to be able to re-order without a re-design, but couldn't find that function available. The re-design was however quick and easy. Looking forward to the product arrival!"

Horrible

"horrible! I have been waiting for my order for ever and they cant tell me when it will be ready, i have asked to speak with a manager and still waiting. Do yourself a favor and order from another company. Lack of communication and honesty. My issue was not that you were out of stock... in fact the first review was before i found out you did not have my order 18 days before I placed my order. my issues is that the day prior i found out it was out of stock, i inquired about my order, i was told it was already on production... that is my issue... your company lack of communication and you misleading information like your reply right now, making it seen like it was because you did not have my product. take ownership of your mistakes and you need better training for your employees. Hiding the true does not making it ok. Please save yourself time and piece of mind and do not order from this company. it is only lies and miscommunication"

"It is impossible to talk to someone. You can get a human on the phone but they do not have the authority (or the language skills) to go off script. They are just reading the FAQ prompts over and over again. It is even more frustrating than not taking my call at all."

use them for my business needs!

"Shipping **** if you dont pay for guaranteed shipping, but i add that price into the customers cost and deal with it. customers love the products and therefor makes me happy.

but pay for guaranteed shipping, if not, it could be a month (or 2) after the "estimated" date and their reasoning is "well you didnt pay" but the items are nice once they finally arrive
