Nice products, but....

"The site has a lot of restrictions on what you can order and how you can order them. Particularly, I wanted to use the wraparound feature, but not have to order 1000 wristbands. The feature should be optional considering you still have to pay for it. You have to order 100 wristbands in each size that you select (adult, youth, xl adult...etc.).

I tried calling in to customer service and the reps wasn't much help. However, using the virtual assistant was way much better. Thank you Kristen and Ajay.

“Hello, while we try our best to keep prices competitive and allow a multitude of available options, some items do have a minimum requirement. If a wristband is required in multiple sizes, a minimum quantity requirement is applied. This is because each size has a different printable area and a separate mold may need to be created. Extra charge for proof is a joke

"I paid an extra $10 for a digital proof, which was nothing more than the exact view I was given of my wristbands as I was designing them online. For the $10 charged, I had expected the proof to be ether a better or more detailed view of what I was getting. When it was nothing more than a typical very limited preview that I’d already seen, I called to inquire and got the most awful customer service imaginable. Language barrier, muffled inaudible voices, loud humming noises in the background, was disconnected one of the 3 times I called consecutively. The foreign-speaking agents must have been reading from a script or they were actually robots. They just repeated the same non-information over and over. The last time I called the background humming sound completely took over and drowned out the agent. The line never went dead but there was no response at all from the other end for a full several minutes. Awful awful awful. "

“Hello, Please note that proofs have a fee of at least $10, as stated in our terms, because we employ an entire design team solely dedicated to creating proofs so orders can proceed promptly. While the a digital image of wristbands are rendered on the site for a preview, the same cannot be said for all the other products we provide. Each proof is also separately created and in addition to the preview the proof also has several important details pertaining to the ordered item. Absolutely horrible experience.

"Absolutely horrible experience. When I ordered the wristbands they were to be here before Easter which is when I need them. There was delay after delay after delay. They continuously called me an emailed me and text me to ask me questions about the order. They asked me for the colors of the order when I obviously put the colors on the screen when I ordered it. They called back and asked me for a copy of my ID, they called back and asked me for the product numbers etc. No one at this company knows what’s going on. And then they told me I would have to pay for rush shipping to get them here before Easter because they didn’t start making them yet. It was terrible customer service. I couldn’t understand what they were saying and they couldn’t understand what I was saying. People were screaming in the background so the man had to keep putting me on mute and then he got upset and hung up on me. "

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The verification request was likely made due to an AVS mismatch being detected on the addresses provided to us. In such cases, the order is marked as high risk and we run a background check to ensure that the card being used belongs to the customer or is authorized for use by the card-member. Once the investigation is concluded, we proceed accordingly with the order or have it cancelled and refunded. This entire procedure is kept in effect to reduce friendly frauds on credit card transactions and to protect both us, the merchant, and the card-member. Automated tickets also send outbound calls to the customer as such issues keep paid orders on hold, thus delaying the time customers get the products in hand. This is why the outbound calls are sent periodically to remind customer regarding the issue so it can be promptly resolved. "The shipping dates are not real, their product designer always creates problems. Your order will take at least two more weeks (7 BUSINESS days) longer than they said. "

Why do I need to open an account

"I could not place an order without opening an account. Most services allow ‘check out as guest’ option. I’m more inclined NOT to use this service again and expect to get a ton of useless emails, offers, coupons, etc"
