"The wristbands that I thought would be done in 24 hours (assumed that because of their name) were estimated to be delivered in 2 weeks and then were 2 weeks later than that original estimated delivery date. Upon their arrival I learned that the bands were thinner than expected and the debossing was very shallow. The inside debossing was so shallow that you can barely read it unless in good light. I would not recommend this company."

The verification request was likely made due to an AVS mismatch being detected on the addresses provided to us. In such cases, the order is marked as high risk and we run a background check to ensure that the card being used belongs to the customer or is authorized for use by the card-member. Once the investigation is concluded, we proceed accordingly with the order or have it cancelled and refunded. Automated tickets also send outbound calls to the customer as such issues keep paid orders on hold, thus delaying the time customers get the products in hand. This is why the outbound calls are sent periodically to remind customer regarding the issue so it can be promptly resolved.
