"I received ONE email from this company and it was 2 weeks after I placed an order. It asked if I had received my shipment. I had not. So I logged into the account and there was a message there asking about a tiny detail on the artwork. Were they expecting me to check my account every day to see this? No email to give me a heads up to go in and keep the process going? So I told them ok, proceed it's ok if the graphic is filled in solid. Should be good to go. Said Nov. 5th it would arrive. Today is November 19th and I realized they had not come yet. So I called and got a customer service guy who put me on hold then gave me the run-around when I asked to leave a customer service complaint about the process. He told me I had a "standard order which means there is no guarantee on when it will ship" and that they "are short-staffed so there is nothing they can do." This is a strange new world. Nothing you can do about terrible service, no communication, or excessive shipping time. They simply do not care. What a shame. "

Our Debossed Wristbands are produced with engraved lettering where the customized messages are engraved with a deep cut effect into the silicone through the imprint mold. Silicone is a rubbery material. Debossed bands do not contain ink, as clearly advertised on the website. Debossed bands have engraved text with no ink as advertised on our website. For a more contrasting print, we recommend ink injected bands that have the ink printed on an engraved area or embossed printed bands which has ink printed on raised letters. To incorporate the effect of the engraving, the proof shows the texts as greyed out or shadowed. NOTE: As the main factor of the debossed bands is its engraving, the font and thickness of the letters will greatly affect the overall outcome. For Example: A font with bold, thicker letters will appear more legible than fonts that are thinner or in italics. "Not only was the image quality poor and nothing like the digital mock up, there is a visible defect on each and every keychain. customer service keeps blaming it on my image file I sent them, however my image file has nothing to do with the defect on the keychain. they refuse to take blame, and refused to refund me and I’m now doing a charge back with my CC company. I would never shop here or ever recommend anyone to shop here. I’m sure some of their products are OK but its not worth the risk IMO."

"This is our 3rd time to order these bags for the kids in our children's ministry. I accidentally ordered white bags the first order but now love them because the kids decorated them and make them personal. They are very durable! I gave the kids new ones to start the school year. But other than being dirty the bags from last year were still in good shape. The drawstrings are a little cumbersome for the younger kids but they are easily replaced with ribbon. "
