It was easy for me to see where they are located, what the shipping times are, and what sales they offer. The things I am not that crazy about are that it was difficult to get through on the phone. I wanted to purchase a large number of items but in a variety of colors and wanted to know if they could adjust the price because I was purchasing the same item and the prices were different depending on the quantity purchased. I was able to speak to someone via chat but it wasn't the most detailed conversation and it was a bit difficult to get my point across in text."
