Company is a scam

"To give a brief description. I placed 4 separate orders with this company in a little over a weeks time. 3 for face masks and 1 for neck gaters. The quality was terrible for all the products I received, the products did not match the quality of the images on their website, I was told that they can't even produce their products to look like their website photos, I was sold products that they knew were out of stock(they're still for sale on the site), and have spent over 2 weeks talking to their customer service almost every day and they refuse to refund the money like their "100% money back guarantee" badge on their site tricks you to think.

So now the long part. The first order was for sublimated masks. Their website showed these really nice quality printed masks, but the ones I received didn't look at all like their website. Every mask has a white seem in the middle of the masks and they printed over the tags so now there's a big white rectangle on the side. When I talked to customer service they say that there's not way around having the white seam and that they can't print under the tags. Their photo's on their website show that both of things were lies. They have now changed all of their photos on their site to white masks, so they try to use that as their reference, but I have some of the original photos and have that provided them to customer service. I've been offered a 5% refund.

The 4th order was the same type of masks. As soon as I received the 1st order I immediately contacted them to cancel this order. They did not. They went ahead and produced them and they're just as bad. These masks also ended up with speckles of what looks like dirt on 61 out 150 masks. I've gone round around round with customer service and they best they've offered is a 30% refund on the 61 masks that were messed up.

The second order was neck gaters. Their website shows 1 piece of fabric with 1 seam sewn together. However, the gaters I received are 2 pieces of fabric sewn together so it has 2 seams. They sublimated my art on one piece of fabric and then sublimated the other one grey and sewed them together. Besides the artwork issue, the product itself is very small, thin and has numerous flaws in the fabric. When I contacted customer service they first said I selected 1 sided print only. When I told them that's the only option they provide on their site but their photos show the print all around. They then said that all of their images on their site are of front prints only. When I provided the images from their site that show products that have print on both sides of the seam, their only response is that they don't print on the inside. They completely changed directions on their own argument and refuse to address that they messed up. They've offered me 5% refund on this order.

The 3rd order was for colored mask that the print on. After approving the art and about 3-4 days, they contact me to say they're out of stock for the next 6 weeks. I went on their site and those products are still for sale, after 2 weeks, they are still on their site for sale so others can get trapped. I finally got to talk to someone who could help and they initially wanted to offer me a refund for the order, except for the art charge. Which was ridiculous because they sold me a product that was out of stock, then did artwork and then a few days later told me they were out of stock. They also informed me that this kind of thing just happens all the time for their business.They eventually agreed to give me a 100% refund, but it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't seen my money.

I took the time to write all of this out to hopefully spare someone else to go through this with them. This company might do well with koozies and wristbands, but for their masks and gaters. It's horrible. I promise you that you can also find a company that offer koozies and wristbands at a comparable price that you would be better off working with. The customer service is horrible. The people on their chat tell you to call, the people you call tell you to open a ticket, when you open a ticket they ignore most of your concerns and only focus on the easiest thing to dismiss. Then if you ask for a supervisor, they tell you to call, when you cal they most likely will tell you the supervisor is out. You'll go round and round with them, to no resolve. If you open a ticket, they respond once a day between 11pm-12am(CST). I respond every morning, but still don't hear back until almost midnight. I have a small company and they've scammed us so far for around $1500 and still haven't received the promised $350+ from the one order. We've escalated this to our bank fraud department and they are currently working with Visa to hopefully get our money back. Please, please, please stay away from this company.

We regret that you are not fully satisfied with some of the masks. All printing is done on white masks. The label on the mask is sewn on and as such printed color does not seep through that area and the small area underneath, which can only be seen if the label is manually bend over from its natural stance, shows white. Note that these are custom orders and once it enters production, it cannot directly be cancelled as we cannot restock custom items. Regardless, a cancellation fee may also be applicable. Per agreed terms, 'Please note that the products we carry are intended purely as promotional items. Products that have minor imperfections visually or in size are not considered defective or flawed.' As for the cancelled order, a refund will be processed within 12 business hours. We apologize for any inconvenience.

2 months and no product

"I placed my order 2 months ago...they are telling me that they are backed up and have no idea when they are going to ship since most of their staff is closed and not working. Refuse to cancel my order since they are claiming it's in "production"."
