I checked in a few times and was told on the 4th contact attempt that I need to pay another $410 to guarantee a May 13 delivery as a rush when my total order of the prints was ~$650. This was a SIGNIFICANT cost difference but at this point it was too late to go anywhere else so we paid the amount and was specifically told on the phone that if it doesn't arrive May 13 we would get a refund on the rush fee. Turns out the order didn't make it on May 13, we paid the extra $410 and the company offered to give us a $50 refund on the rush cost. I fought and fought for them to settle with me at a $205 refund on the "rush" fee which didn't end up really getting "rushed".
Beware of this company - seems like they try to take your extra money and still not able to get the job done in time. In my case, I paid an additional 75% of the cost of my item, and still didn't get it in time for the school to distribute them properly."

We use lanyards to secure our plastic straws which are great for building big sandcastles so its important to secure the straws so we don't let them get into the Gulf of Mexico to be eaten by a Sea Turtle!

We would first like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have faced regarding this particular order with us. You had opted for a proof in your order. Proofing generally lengthens the overall turnaround time for products. The order was placed on 1/5 and the final proof was approved on 1/8 with a deadline of 1/12. Terms of agreement states: "Please note that we are not responsible for late receipt of any order due to any unforeseeable circumstances, for example a lengthier proofing time, an out-of-stock product, printing, weather-related issues or delays on behalf of the shipping company." On 1/10, we received a call that requested that the order be cancelled due to deadline issues. As the spokesperson was not our original point of contact, we contacted you to double confirm on how you wished to proceed. Unfortunately, the new item you selected had just gotten out-of-stock which caused a further unforeseeable delay. And because of these unfortunate delays the deadline could no longer be met even if we proceeded with production.
