"I've ordered a few products from 24hourwristbands and have been pretty happy. The full color koozies I got are great (if I'd been able to do both sides it would've been better!)
I'm not completely thrilled with my lip balm purchase but am willing to try again. I was going through a lot with them trying to get the artwork correct and am very disappointed in how it turned out. What I will say about that, is customer service was VERY helpful in that process and I can't fault them. I only wish there'd been the option to actually see what my design would've looked like on the product like you can with the cups/koozies/wristbands. Everything is MUCH too small (but clear and easy to read with a super close up view.)
My most recent delivery of stadium cups had a few issues. One was definitely mine--the 12 oz is MUCH smaller than I'd imagined. The color of them is DEFINITELY not what I wanted and there wasn't a way to rectify that in the "design from scratch" section. With the small size and wrong color it is difficult to see the design--zero pop to my logo. I've just finished ordering the 22oz in red with black imprint color because I need things to stand out and the options given just didn't.
Like I mentioned, I am (and have) tried them again due to price and customer service being great to deal with. No issues with shipping or packaging."

"I ordered 50 buttons for a funeral, after looking online at reviews I quickly called to canceled my order. I paid to have my items expedited processing and shipping. I was told I couldn’t receive my money back due to production. The thing is I received an email in that say day that my order would be delayed due to Covid. I quickly opened up a ticket , and 10 days later still waiting to receive my refund. It took for me to say I would write a bad review on all of my social media platforms, contact the BBB and contact my bank for fraud in order for them to say they will issue me a refund. Mind you this happened in the same day of me placing my order. I have emails, phone recordings, and screenshots to prove this is a shady company."

"I ordered koozies a week and a half in advance from the event I needed them for. I selected standard shipping since the date advertised was before I needed them. I received multiple messages from their support team asking for me to confirm my design that I put together and I responded immediately ever time, to please proceed with what I submitted and that I did not want to risk delaying shipping time. They then informed me that I wouldn't receive the order by the time I mentioned and that I had to pay $41 rush fee. I did not agree to this charge and they still charged me... and still said I wouldn't get my order by the day I needed it. In summary, they have false advertising in turnaround time and delivery, their customer service is rude and will not let you speak to a manager, I was charged to cancel my order. "

"I bough 8,000 coaster from this company and it looks like business cards paper, gloss. It sticks on the bottom of the cups and my customer had to bring it back and return the product to me. I own a printing shop for more than 24 years and never had so bad experience with a supplier as I’m having with them. They don’t accept the product back, nobody can help you on the phone, and they don’t care about you. Be careful with their bad services and customer satisfaction. Never will buy nothing from them again"

THEY WERE IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH ME ABOUT HOW THE ARTWORK LOOKED ON THE PROOF AND EVEN REFUNDED US SOME MONEY BECAUSE WE ASKED FOR A RUSH AND IT DIDN'T COME AS EARLY AS REQUESTED. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WE PLACED ANOTHER HUGE ORDER WITHOUT ARTWORK AND IT CAME QUICK, FAST, AND IN A HURRY PLUS THEY GAVE US REWARDS FOR BEING A REPEAT CUSTOMER THAT WE WERE ABLE TO USE ON THE 2ND BIG PURCHASE. I EVEN PLACED A PERSONAL ORDER. THIS WAS A QUICK AND EASY EXPERIENCE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. "
