I continued to ask for a supervisor and they refused to transfer me. They told me a supervisor was going to call me back within a few hours, this never happened. I continued to call them back and they kept saying a supervisor would call me back, never did...its been a month now and I have tried to call them multiple times. This place is terrible. "
