"It took me awhile to order though. I kept doing what it told me to..........order in groups of 10 and it kept giving me an error message. I refreshed and tried again and still wouldn't let me. So I did the online chat. They had me refresh again and it took. I am hoping my next order will be easier as I was getting very frustrated. Everytime i refreshed i lost my order. I have heard nothing but great things about this company and the quality of product and customer service. I am not letting my frustration get to me though. "I absolutely love this web site for blank can coolers. There is not a website that I have found that can beat their prices. I always receive them way ahead of schedule and most times the next day. This time I had a bit of trouble navigating their website. It wouldn’t give me a search window. Besides that, I have never once had an issue or complaint about this company. I wouldn’t even call that a complaint. It could have actually been something I was doing wrong. I hate seeing these websites that post the coolers or (koozies) as I call them for a super cheap price. Yet when you click on it, the pricing is way off. While not being able to navigate their website I checked out another. 79.99 for 50 koozies. That’s outrageous. I pay under 50 for 150 and get free shipping and incentives that also take off extra money. Not to mention they always have the 10% off discount. I ran into some bad reviews while trying to find their website. I am sorry but I sorta wondered if they had them confused with another business. Especially when they called them a scam. They not only have sent my order every time but a few times I’ve had a few extra koozies in my box. Don’t always believe what you read on the internet. It’s been my experience in customer service just the littlest of things can set a customer off and before you know it they have spread complete lies about your company. Or at times misunderstood the purchase agreement so wrote the review to their narrative. As for me I will continue to use them as long as they are around!!!

"Shipment came fast - I received additional items for free with my wrist-band order. Disappointed with the wrist bands themselves. The imprint is almost not visible. The example shown in the photo when order is much more visible, looks like a deeper imprint possibly?

I will give them away, however, I'm not sure I can use them as expected for promotion."
