"Never buy from this company! I have ordered 32 items of 4GB memory through their website. I have learned 5 days ago that my order was canceled. I was never notified of the cancellation. I was later explained that their advertised price was lower than the one of the competitors and they did not notice. So when they noticed, they simply canceled the order. They were supposed to honor their advertised price, especially since the credit card transaction went through. I will never buy from them again. Also, when I called their customer service, no-one was there to answer, and my call was sent to the answering machine. Terrible seller!!!"

"I was very impressed the service of 2cooltek. I was about to buy the same laptop cooling pad off amazon for a pretty good price, but I found that it was cheaper here. I found mostly good reviews, so I went ahead and ordered it. The item arrived in great condition (sooner than was estimated), and I have no complaints whatsoever.

"Don't provide a phone number from a different state than your delivery address, or it could delay your order for a week while they "clarify the order". This is to combat fraud, but it is good to keep in mind if you are going to order from them."

"Paid for 2 Day shipping. They sent it Fedex Ground. So instead of 2-3 days it's taking seven. Sent a contact via the form on their website since they don't leave any phone number anywhere even on their invoices asking for a refund of the shipping fees. Did not hear back at all. "This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
I received my order and it was wrong. I thought no problem, I e-mailed them. No response, to any of the e-mails I sent.
I called my credit card and told them about the problem, they gave me the phone no. on file for these people, I called it, it was disconnected.
I called the credit card co. back, they told me to dispute the charges so I did.
I tried e-mailing 2cooltek again and told them that I had disputed the charges, That got a response out of them.
They finally sent the correct item.
One more thing on the original order, I PAID extra to have it sent UPS, they sent it USPS.
They in so many words told me tough luck.
So I got screwed out of the extra money I paid for shipping.
I have already told my friends about these people, let the buyer BEWARE.

As far as the wrong merchandise is concerned, I asked them to send a pre-paid mailing label and I would send the product back. They refused and told me to throw it away.

"Great place to buy additional stuff ie smaller items. The shipping prices are way cheaper and just as fast as Newegg and SVC. Shipping took only 3 days from MN to CA via USPS....WOOT! Some items where shipped from different locations one from CA via UPS....which arrived on the same day as the one from MN. Will buy items when I get to build my new comp in the coming months. "They have the lowest price I could find on the mouse pad I was looking for (including shipping for my location). They took a while to ship the item out, though, and they didn't use any packaging materials to prevent damage. Luckily, the pad's manufacturer uses a good strong packaging, but I still received the box all squashed up. In the end the item was unharmed."

"The guys at this store are on top of things. This site was one of the first stores to have a new product on the market because most others hadn't gotten around to SKU-ing them up yet.

There did seem to be a slight error during shipping (perhaps because of the new item), but after not receiving a shipment confirmation I just sent them an email and my item was overnighted at no additional cost to me.
