“Sounds like you ordered a bolt and received a bolt (OEM part). Why would we send anything other than what you ordered? Not aware of a lot of places that do that kind of thing. We do charge a flat rate shipping of $8.50 for orders under $99. And we have a free shipping offer for orders over $99. As far as shipping time, the order shipped in the time specified on our website for the particular item you ordered. We show this on our website before any customer places an order - and we are sorry you missed that before placing your order. The ONLY mention of the word "bluetooth" on the product page is where it says (this is a direct quote not modified in any way) "features a removable Coolmax liner and special spacing intended for Bluetooth style communication speakers". Can any reasonable person misconstrue this as this being a "bluethooth helment"? Which only can lead to one possible conclusion to anyone reading this - clearly this is an unreasonable person.
We usually have a lot to say in response to negative reviews, but in this case there is just not much to say. We have to give credit to this person though - at least this person didn't accuse us of false advertising, which seems to be a common thing with people who decide to not really look at what they are buying, but just imagine what they want, buy it, and then complain about it online.
Sonny - if you want to return your helmet, you can do so within 30 days. ”

"I never received my order I contacted them and they told me they would look into it. It took a week to hear back from them all they could tell me is that it was shipped out and it showed that it was delivered to my address I called them back told them I never received my item and ask to speak to a manager I was never contacted by a manager but they did email me with a nasty letter I replied I would never order from them again just to let you know this was a $30 item I would never recommend buying anything from this company I've already told 10 friends I hope you tell 10 more worst experience ever!!!!!!!"

“We appreciate the review, but actually we would like to clarify some factual details that are stated incorrectly - the order was placed on 3/24/2017 2:26:15 PM Pacific Time, and it was shipped on Shipped on 3/24/2017 2:43 PM Pacific Time. Which is 20 minutes later. The package was in possession of the shipping carrier that same Friday evening, and was delivered to the customer on Monday. That's literally 1 day service at regular price. That's faster than Amazon Prime!
It just seems that we cannot get a fair review on here, even if we ship within an hour! Even if the item gets delivered the next business day. This is really amazing to us!
