Our website had incorrectly listed the rotor ordered to fit a 2002 Honda XR650R, that is completely our fault. So before shipping your order, we took the extra step to double check if the Galfer catalog had correct fitment (because there are often issues with the XR650R vs XR650L fitment). Unfortunately the catalog, and in turn our website, was wrong and the rotor you ordered only fits a XR650L not the XR650R model. So we notified you within an hour of placing your order, and cancelled the order. Your credit card was NEVER charged by us.
Please enlighten us and everyone else, since you are so keen on bashing us with your review, where is this so called "bait & switch"?
So you are saying we baited you with an incorrect item in order to do what? waste our time canceling your order and then replying to what is in fact an idiotic review? What was the switch? You never actually purchased anything from us! This time, or ever before! So how can you claim the ad was "misleading"? or you were "sold" anything at all? because you weren't.
If anyone believes this absurd "Bait & Switch" accusation, or we really deserve a 1 star rating for making sure the customer gets the correct item for their bike, then we are not the store for you. What's worse is that ResellerRatings allows this garbage to be posted by "customers" and prevents us from doing anything but either leaving it be or replying to it. So we have no choice other than to tell the truth. The "customers" is in quotes because it so unbelievable that any reasonable person actually believes the above statement, that we suspect its more likely a competitor posting a review.”
