"My '76 KZ900 now has the stopping distance of less than 1 billion and eleventy feet thanks to the rear caliper I bought from these guys.
They said it was a used product but came out of the packaging looking brand new.
The only thing I would say is please put your parts in a box instead of an envelope. I understand the need to save on shipping costs. Maybe I myself did not choose the correct shipping option.
But it would offer me extra piece of mind knowing my parts are en route a little bit safer.

“Sometimes we are truly baffled by some customers. Instead of contacting us if you have an issue, some people feel that posting a 1 star review is a better way to go. Strange because not only does that not resolve the issue, it makes the it more difficult and more time consuming to do so for both us and the customer. It seems that some people are not really interested in resolving an issue, but simply have some agenda or feel they need to bash the store where they bought the product for no apparent reason.

There is a list on page 4 that shows all the items included. If something is missing, all you have to do is let us know and we'll get some from the manufacturer to send to you. If a product is mis-packaged, we will gladly fix the problem. Its rare but it could happen where a manufacturer mis-packs the product. There is no need to be "upset"
