"From order to when they actually ship product is a couple days then when you think it's in the mail. It's not they just put a shipping label on it. So from order time to actual ship time is about a week. Then add a couple more days for mail to deliver. So looking at about two weeks if part is in stock....."

"Ordered a gasket from 2wheelpros. It showed up in the mailbox folded in half, which, for this type of board stock gasket, means it was broken. Called customer service and they told me I should complain to the post office. I told him that the post office didn't package it improperly, that it was 2wheelpro's responsibility to package their products in such a way they they would not break in transit. He referred my case to Alex. Alex was as equally, if not more, condescending as the initial "customer service" rep. Alex stated that one customer is inconsequential to a company of their size. In the end, Alex agreed to send a replacement gasket but he flatly refused to package it any differently than the first time. He wished me luck in negotiating with the post office to not bend my mail and said "we'll miss you." My suggestion to the general public that is considering buying from 2wheel pros is to buy elsewhere.
The above was the original review. The information below is posted in response to 2wheelpros response to that review. The fact is that I emailed 2wheelpros only twice. The first time was to show the photos of the packaging and the product damage. 2wheelpros offered in a response email to send a replacement with cardboard in the envelop to help stiffen the envelop. I then sent a second email to point out that that their first attempt already had cardboard (as was shown by the photo I sent in the first email) and that it was ineffective. I did not say that they would go out of business if they did not package MY gasket correctly. I did say that, in my experience, companies that do not learn from their mistakes and that tolerate employees that blame others for problems don't typically survive. Just trying to help them not to have the same problem twice or more, but 2wheelpros does not apparently need or want any help or input for improvement. For the record, 2wheelpros, did refund the purchase price of the gasket and shipping after the negative review above was posted and they were notified of the review by resellerreviews.com. My additional recommendation for anyone thinking of buying from 2wheelpros is to check out other review forums such as yelp and better business bureau for how 2wheelpros treats customers that experience their customer service department. Do read 2wheelpros response to the original review (below) and ask yourself if having their customer service department try to publicly shame you on the internet is worth giving them a chance to serve you as a customer. “Edward, emailed us to tell us that his gasket came in broken because his mailman stuffed the padded envelope with a hard cardboard (to keep the gasket safe) in his mailbox thereby breaking it. We immediately told Edward that we will replace the gasket at no charge of course. Edward proceeded to lecture our customer service on how to ship gaskets and how our company will go out of business if we don't ship his $8 gasket correctly. We again told Edward that we will package it properly, and suggested he ask his mailman not to stuff and break things that do not fit into his mailbox. But again it wasn't enough for Edward, so Edward decided to spend his Christmas eve writing half of this review (the other half he wrote on New Years eve). We have since just issued a refund to Edward and we wish him a Merry Christmas and a happy new year. We hope life gets better for Edward in 2017 than writing essays on Christmas eve to bash a customer service agent”

"I ordered a Christmas gift for my long time girlfriend for her Honda project and the website said what I ordered was in stock and would ship the next day. The next day I got an email saying that what I ordered had been discontinued in every US location and my order would be cancelled. It's my fault for waiting until the week before to order, but that was my last chance at getting her a present that would be here in time for Christmas. I had to order from somewhere else, get the color I didn't want, and now I'll be lucky to get her gift by new years thanks to being set back 2 days after trusting that these guys had what I wanted. "
“Well Michael Fritz from PA, we hope now that you got all that off your chest, it made you feel somewhat better as this sounds just horrible. It is true, the item you ordered was no longer available and your order was cancelled and we notified you that the item was not available right away. We did have other colors available as well (the ones you didn't want but ordered somewhere else anyway). Also, I would like to mention that you ordered this on December 15th (and it was cancelled the same day, which was more than plenty of time before Christmas. I cannot speak for other places, but from us, this would only take about 1-3 days to deliver so you could have technically ordered as late as Dec 20 or maybe even 21st and still got it in time.

The OEM part you ordered had to be special ordered from the manufacturer and our website clearly stated that before you placed the order.
