"The monitor I received was not in the best condition (scruffed up along both sides and in the front). I specified in my comments when ordering to please inspect before shipping to insure that it looks "new" since it will be going in a fancy office. However, when I contacted 3B Tech they were very helpful and provided me with a return shipping label and sent out a new monitor that day. Their customer service seems great-hopefully this new monitor is in better condition."

Could have been damaged by UPS?

"Ordered an ancient Socket A motherboard for a client's computer on 9/27/11, with free shipping. I would have been happy with just receiving a functioning motherboard of this type, but imagine my surprise receiving the motherboard in a bit over 48 hours, with an included backplate and cdr of drivers (and manual even) burned by 3B Tech themselves. "Initially very satisfied as I was lead to believe the item I ordered was in stock and ready for shipment. This was not the case as I was later called and told the vendor had not shipped the item, therefore 3B Tech would not be able to ship me the item as initially stated. The item would have shipped approximately one week after I placed the order. I was offered a different item as replacement. I asked for the same item with expedited shipping but this request was denied. I canceled my order and bought the same product from someone else who had it in stock."

"Any Company can do business when there are no problems. Recently through no fault by either party 3BTech and I had a serious problem. It was created by their ordering system, not by human error or intent. When made adware of the problem, 3BTech worked with me to resolve this to everyone's satisfaction, there was give and compromise on both parts. The main point of my review is this dealer is one of integrity and really honest. They have excelled in the past when nothing went wrong and excelled this time when problems did occur.
