"I ordered online on a Sunday, the motherboard went out UPS on Monday. I tracked it to my town and expected delivery on Thursday, when........... it went to the Post Office! It took two more days to deliver.
Seems that UPS is in a collaboration with the Postal Service to reduce delivery costs and capture contract volume shippers.
I DID get the board in the time promised, so I can't complain about that. I offer this up just as a warning that if you want faster service, you better pay for it.

"The ASRock ALIVENF7G-GLAN motherboard i ordered requires a different heat sink and fan to be installed on my system. I think this info should have been included in the product description. Plus, I requested that a paper invoice be sent with the order, which wasn't included. So you made it impossible for me to return it for a refund. I still have more money to spend on my computer, and not a dime more will i spend here. Technical support told me to reverse my fan so it was blowing INTO my heat sink. I was told different by the guy who works on my computer.

Heatsink / CPU fan
A heatsink on the processor or other chip on the motherboard, video card, or other circuit board in the computer will always blow heat away from the component allowing that heat to escape and get blown out of the case.

I'm not saying that I don't need a new heat sink. I'm saying that being advised to turn my fan around to blow air into the heat sink was wrong.
Okay, after reading that forum you suggested, I can see your point. I'm sorry for the ruffled feathers. I do get rather caustic at times; a problem I really need to deal with.

Only complaint i have, and its essentially my fault. I ordered the computer and put 4363 Bayberry drive as my billing address and 4364 as my shipping address, and it was suppose to be 4364, so they called me to verify the address, and everything seemed to go well, except i found out there was a misunderstanding. They put 4363 as teh shipping adress and labeled it changed, when i told them 4364 was teh correct adress and the billing information was wrong not the shipping information. Had i not been there to stop the UPS guy, i would not have my computer right now. Summary: Communication should be worked on.
