"First of all I should check on YELP before ordering any stuff from 42nd Street Photo..this is the very first time happen with me that i've encountered such a RUDE Customer Care people on phone. I don't know how they are running there business.

I've ordered 50mm (1.4G) first this i notice the BOX does not seems NEW at all the shine was not there the golden paint has been ripped off from many places. Second of the warranty card was not there. I immedatilty close the box and called 42nd Street Photo next morning as I received the lens in evening PST time. I told him the same thing but they rude guy told me the lens has 1yrs warranty you need to purchase if want to more coverage. He sold me warranty for $74.99.

After that I check with nikon they said all the lens have 5years of warranty. On 42photo website it say the lens have USA warranty. if the NIkon is ready to give warranty why 42nd Street selling which comes for free from Nikon.

1 - This company totally tries to sell you things you do not need or you are not looking for.
2 - website does not have clear information eg in my case it say the lens has USA warrenty. Remember it's "USA Warrenty" from the 42StreetPhoto not from ***Nikon***,
3 - Whole staff and manager called Josh is also RUDE KING over there.
4 - 20% RETURN FEE or RESCTOCKING FEE + SHIPPING . Even if you don't use it you have to pay this amount for period.

Fellow Yelpers - DO NOT BUY FROM 42nd street PHOTO - you can find a better deal elsewhere from people who actually care about your business and happiness.
