"i had ordered a set of opteka 55mm macro lenses, when i received i opened the ups box to be surprised by a kinda trashed product box, the product was fine, but upon further inspection i had noticed that the lenses were 52mm and not 55. i was pretty positive when i clicked the link it was for the 55mm macro lenses. i contacted 47th st photo and we got things cleared up and had set up for an exchange. so far from my experience id say they have good customer service and reasonable policies for the most part"

"My only complaint with 47th Street is that one generally has to exchange something in order to avoid a re-stocking fee. Other than that they are extremely honest and very easy to deal with. So honest in fact that when I had ordered some filters through Amazon and one out of the set was bad they sent me, without delay a replacement set and did not request that I send back the set with the bad filter. I was extremely impressed!

To date I have ordered four lenses including an L class Canon 70-200 and all were brand new, were delivered extremely quickly and their prices were great.
