"I am new to photography and I was thrilled when I saw I could purchase accessory lenses for my camera. As I researched the internet, I always came to your site where ever I looked. I thought this showed me what a reputable company you are.
As I continued to research the different lense options I had, I found such discrepancies in what the different sites advertised in merchandise, prices and shipping charges, that I became terribly confused and disappointed. I ended up purchasing much less than I would have if I could have done '1 stop shopping.' I am thrilled with what I received, shipping was super fast and the equipment very well packed. I would ask that you are more uniform in your offerings on different sites so as to reduce confusion and possibly raise your sales level. As I said earlier, I would have purchased more, but shipping was a huge factor in my decision."

"I purchased a lens from 47th St Photo from there ebay store. I received order confirmation and shipping information with in 48 hours. As the days past I checked the tracking number with UPS. As of 9 days after I received the tracking information UPS had yet to receive the package from 47th for delivery. I sent them an email asking what's going on? I received a call from them saying the lens I bought was no longer available. They said they would sell me a better lens for the same price. I asked the spec's on the "Better lens" and they were of lesser value. I guess "better" means "in stock". I asked if the lens was no longer available why are they selling it in there ebay store? I was told the ads renew themselves automatically. This practice is not very good for the consumer?? I've been around for many years and this is nothing less than the classic bait and switch. I knew the price was to good to be true but if there was even a chance I could get that lens for that price I had to take it. I was promised a refund. It is now the 8th of July. I will up date my review when the refund comes in.
