"That my Ebay Item #. Can't find the conformation. I wanted to take the time to write a review for these guys because they were awesome to deal with. I recieved communication from them immediatly after the auction. The shipping was super fast. I called to make sure it would arrive by a certain date and they said it would. It arrived 2 days before the date I really needed it. After I recieved my order, the tripod was broken. I called them and I had a new one 2 days later. This is what I call customer service at its best. You don't see that all that often on Ebay. Kudos to 47th St. Photo, I'll be doing business there again.

It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get the lens on the camera as well as the teleconverter. I just LOVE this lens! The customer service that I received was by far top notch. I received the incorrect adapter for my camera (MY fault) you guys send me out a replacement very quickly.
I now have your store saved in my "Favourite Stores" list on Ebay.

"I ordered a macro lens kit and adaptor for my Canon PowerShot A630. The notification of payment and delivery was great, timely and informative.
When the order arrived, the parts didn't fit together - Customer service at 47th St was patient and helpful, and we determined that the lens kit had been improperly labeled by the manufacturer, so I had received a 52mm adapter and 55mm lenses(in a 52mm lens box). "Followed an ad placed on a google search when I was looking for a monopod. Was somewhat skeptical, but the monopod was $15 and had free shipping, so if there was a loss it wasn't much.

Order was shipped two days after order was placed, and I was given a UPS tracking number. With the free ground shipping it left and got to my location six days later. No complaints since it was free.

Monopod was great for the value.

Checkout was easy, never had to deal with any customer service so I am unsure of that, but the experience was great and painless."

The wrong product was shipped. They shipped me; Opteka OPT-HC15 it's totally the wrong product. The Product i order was a Vangard product PRO EXTREME HARD CASE FOR NIKON D70 D70S D100 D200 D300 D1X D1H D2X D2H D40 D80 D50 dimensions: 18 1/8" x 12 3/4" x 6 3/4" Inside dimensions: 17 1/3" x 12" x 6 1/3" 1 Year USA limited warranty
It's the old bate and switch, I heard about this, but i took a chance and got burned.

STAY AWAY FROM 47th STREET PHOTO

I am surprised that Amazon would represent such a shady company. Live and learn.

Update: 01-16-08 Sent an email to Customer service, got a response the very next day to call them. I called and talked to a representative and explained the mixup, they said it was a miss print on the web and said that they stopped carrying Vangard products. Then asked me, what do you wanted to do? I said a total refund. They said they would send me a bill label so i can send it back, which they did. Now let's see if they give me a total refund or charge me a restocking fee. I will keep you posted. So far Customer Service treated me well.

Total Refund never happen, Of coarse they rip me off on the shipping charge according to the refund amount stated on the email I received from 47th Photo. Still not credited to my CC account I guess I got off lucky after reading other reviews. Very Bad company stay away. "
