"Ordered Canon Rebel XSi + 18-55 Lens + 2GB Pro accessory kit. I paid extra $10 for the expedited shipping to receive it in 1-3 days. I received it only on the 4th day.
After opening the shipment, I saw a note which said that LCD Screen Protector is back ordered and will be shipped in 2 days.
They sent me a CF card instead of sending a SD card.
I called the customer care and explained the problems. The guy on the phone said that CF card is better than SD card. I said I can't use a CF with XSi. Then he put he on hold and confirmed with someone and said that I was correct.
Then they shipped the SD card, LCD screen protector and a return label for the CF card in about 3 days.
The camera bag they sent me was also not a Samsonite bag as said in the kit description. I did not want to deal with these guys again so I just kept the bag."
