"I was MOST pleased with the service, the web site's installation guidance, and quality of the kit of two 256MB memory chips I purchased to upgrade my home DELL 8200 PC. It was only after trying a competitor (recommended by PC World no les!) that I made the purchase from this excellent firm. Their competitor informed me they did not carry RAMUS type chips needed for my PC. One would think that upgrade chips for DELL 8200's would be a major seller!
