"Due to circumstances far outside Angela’s, Richard or Anna (who are the three representatives who helped me through my ordeal, I’ve had a second sofa delivered with similar issues at the first.
The difference is, not only did they NEVER try to blame me, they simply made no excuses, took ownership of the issue and fixed the problem.

"I recently purchased two, three seat rows of seating from 4seating.com. I quickly received a call to inform me that my items were in stock and delivery would occur much sooner (if I wanted) than quoted. The carrier delivered my furniture on the scheduled date and time with some damage to the boxes. I noted the damage and accepted delivery as instructed by my order confirmation emails. There was a small rip in one of the arms, and one of the seats was a different color. I reached out to customer service and Richard responded quickly with an offer to replace the damaged component and the wrong color chair. He was kind, courteous and quick to respond.
