"I must admit that I was a bit hesitant when going to order from 6pm.com it definitely appeared as one of those things you find "too good to be true". But, the fact that I was able to get 2 pairs of shoes that would normally cost me over a $100 only the small amount of 42.50, I had to take my chances. I ordered the shoes on a Saturday night, I figured I should have waited because Monday was a holiday so I was going to have to wait forever but sure enough Wednesday morning my shoes were on the front door step. Packaged decently and brand new. VERY satisfied for the price. Will be ordering again!!! "
"I absolutely love 6pm. I found them last year and have since ordered at least 15 items from them. They have the best sales. I've never had a problem getting the item I ordered, and I have never had a problem with returns (I've had to return two things due to size–but it was my fault because I ordered brands I had never used before so I didn't know my size.)
I am honestly surprised by the number of negative reviews. I never would have expected it from them. I've only ever had an extremely positive experience with them."
"Ordered boots twice. First ones were a size smaller than I originally ordered. Gave those away because I wasn't about to pay shipping. Ordered a different type boot. Ordered one size bigger on purpose. Got one size smaller again. Hallelujah. lol.
They suck with sizes.
Also packaging wasn't that great. Boxes were broken. Shoes just stuffed inside."
"I love 6pm.com. I have ordered multiple items from them over the past 2 years and I have only once received the wrong product/size from them. They offered me a free shipping package label and I returned the item with no problems. Also, last year they had a holiday return policy from Oct-Jan 30th. I returned items bought during that time past 30days and before Jan 30th and recieved full refunds without any questions. I will continue to order from them and I love the discounts and rewards points!"

"I ordered some Keen Newport H2 sandals from 6pm.com. I was told they would take 5-10 days to arrive, but received them in 4 days (including a Sunday)! They are perfectly new, well packaged, and had heavy-duty cardboard "shoe trees" in them, to retain their shape. I had mistakenly entered the wrong zip on my address, and had to resolve with their Customer Service. This communication went perfectly. No problems whatsoever with the transaction. Would definitely buy from them again without hesitation."
"SCAM! I ordered brown boots and was sent cheap black shoes (not even my size) TWICE! They won't send what I ordered or REFUND me! I have spent days emailing back and forth until I finally I got a number to call. I have to keep returning these shoes I didn't order and they won't credit my card until they receive these back, ( which they say could take 2 go 4 weeks to process!) I could understand a mistake once, but TWICE and they still leave me printing out return labels and driving to the nearest UPS shipper (at my expense) and I still don't have the item I ordered or a refund! I will NEVER order from them again!"
"I almost did not order my shoes from 6pm because of the 1 star rating on this site! However, I did not have time to shop around and did not want to pay a higher price, so I took the risk. I received my shoes in 3 days (with free shipping) and I am happy. I might think differently if I had to return the shoes, but I am willing to sacrifice customer service for a discounted price.
(This sounds like a fake review but it is not).
My only complaint is that they keep advertising a discounted shoe even when it is sold out. They will not let you order it of course)"

"I ordered very carefully, and had a wonderful experience with 6pm. Based on the reviews here, I decided to call the company directly and order by phone. A woman named "Nick" answered, who sounded like she might have been from Mexico. At times she was a little bit difficult to understand, but she had a great personality and reassured me throughout the whole process. I wanted a pair of Camper shoes, and first asked if they were actually in stock since some reviewers claimed that they keep out of stock items on the site. I was assured that there were 4 left. I chose the size, and verified the width and color. I gave my address and credit card info, and had the woman repeat each back to me. Using the free shipping option, I got a lightning fast delivery of only 2 days. The shoes were the exact model, exact size, and were a genuine product since I have seen the same shoes at an actual store in person. Brand new and clean except for a couple of very small black spots on the side. Maybe they were discounted for this reason. Anyway, the shoes are great, the service was wonderful, and the shipping was fast."
"UPDATED: I can't say how much I like this website. It's super easy to find my size and perfect taste, but look at price. If I find what I like that fits me, wow, I buy it immediately. You don't even pay for the shipping fee for just pairs of socks. The shipping is also super quick.

I just got a vivram bikila shoes. I guess I was lucky. I did not see any problems with this retailer. But I know a good retailer does well even for unlucky situations.
Anyway, I was afraid of the lowest ratings, but everything went fine. I bought this in the cheapest price, and had completely no problems.

"After reading all the reviews on 6pm, I was skeptical and concerned about ordering. I took a chance because I have been trying to find this product in my size (and at a discount) in local store but without any luck. I placed my first order the evening of Aug. 14th after 6pm, and my order was on my door step 5 days later. I got the wetsuit I ordered in the correct size. 6pm got it right and at a 42% discount! I'm stoked!!!
I'm not discounting the experience of others, but when I received confirmation of the order shipping, I was confused so I sent an email to customer service. My experience was great. I got an answer promptly within a few hours and they were able to clear up my misunderstanding. So, Customer Service gets 4 out of 5 stars from me.
The only issue I have is the product description did not say that the product is last years model. The product has been upgrade in 2013, but not a big deal for me especially since I got a 42% discount.

"This is the first time I have ever made a comment about a store. I feel very strongly about customer service. I'm a registered nurse and give customer service everyday to my patients. I recently ordered a dress for a funeral from 6PM. They sent a pair of shoes instead. So I called 6PM to ask what could be done. They explained the dress had sold out in the size I had ordered and they would give me a free shipping label to send the shoes back so I would not have to pay for the shipping of a pair of shoes not in my size and a pair of shoes I didn't order. I couldn't believe it. The representative acted like he was doing me a favor by giving me free shipping to ship back their mistake. I ask the representative to speak to a supervisor he put me on hold for 3-5 minutes returned to the line and stated their was not any supervisor available to receive my call. Once again I was shocked. How can a company value their customers so little. I ask the Customer service representative where they were located so I could document the call. He stated the call was routed outside of the USA to the Philippines. I'm so disappointed in 6PM customer service and their lack of value for their customers. I have ordered from this company many times but after this incident I will not be giving them my business. I will keep the shoes not in my size and give them to one of my chemo patients and obsorb the $65 dollars I paid for the dress I didn't get. I would not recommend 6PM based on their lack of caring for what makes their company their customers."
"I was really skeptical because of all the harsh reviews but my experience with 6pm went flawlessly. They did take a day longer than expected to post tracking, but they shipped on time and it arrived quickly as ordered. I even got free shipping because of a special deal they had. I will definitely order from them again, especially because they were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than any other website I found.
...and I am definitely a real person not someone who works for the company or something. "
