"Avoid this company. If they send you a defective item, as they did me, you must pay for the return shipping costs. The returns page on their website clearly state that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
When I contacted customer service they refused to reimburse me for my costs to return the item. Any savings they you might incur by shopping with them will be wiped out in the event that you need to return something. It's not worth the gamble."

They say it will take 30 days to issue a refund. You will not get what you order!! Items received were in USED condition. "I was a little hesitant to place an order through this site based on all the negative reviews out there. But after reading the positive ones and finding out that the site is affiliated with zappos, I decided to risk it with my fingers crossed. And i am SO happy I did. I received my handbag ( just a few days after placing the order) in perfect condition with absolutely no issues. The exact same handbag is at Macys right now for almost $30 more. What a steal and I am so in love with the bag and get compliments all the time. I had to make sure I shared my experience for everyone who was contemplating using this site. Maybe it is only risky with shoe orders? Regardless, I am very happy with my purchase and the service provided :) "
"Really disappointed with 6pm shoes. I received my order today and I received the wrong pair of boots, not the wrong size, a completely different pair. They don't have a customer service number to call and talk to anyone. You e-mail them and get back an automated response that due to high volume of e-mails they will get back to you asap. Are you kidding me. Their return policy is that the buyer pays for return shipping. Looks like I will be paying to return boots I never ordered. Will write a follow up to let consumers know what happened. "
"Ordered a high dollar pair of boots and they came with a broken leather buckle. How can they send out damaged products and expect to stay in business. Paid for 2 day shipping and am not being reimbursed for that expense. Now I have to return the damaged item at my own expense. Will be out over 40 dollars and my time to return these boots. Do not buy from 6pm.com. They will stick you with a damaged product and make you pay for their mistake. Warning! Do not do business with these people. Pay a little more and avoid the gamble. I will never shop with them again."
"I am not sure what problems other people had but I had a great experience with this company. I ordered a backpack 2 days ago the website says 5-10 business days for delivery. I woke up this morning to a package on my porch. The backpack (fantastic discount btw I got a normally $50 backpack for $28!!!) is brand new and was packaged very well.

"I never write reviews on products or companies. With that said I felt it was my duty to inform other consumers NOT to buy anything from 6pm.com!!! I ordered a sweater from 6pm.com that was advertised to be a white Billabong sweater. I actually received a shrunken sweater that looked like it would only fit a 5 yr. old child. It could not have been further from the pictured sweater I in fact ordered. It was the wrong size and it did not have any label on it to demonstrate who in fact made the sweater. However, it did have the correct billabong tags attached to it. So what they did was attached the correct tags to some random no name brand sweater and sent it to me and then charged me for it! It wasn't even the correct size or materials!
When I called the customer service number to complain and demand that they fix the situation I was put in touch with someone who I could barely understand. They informed me that I needed to pay to ship it back to them and once they received and processed the return they would credit my account (anywhere from 2-10 days to process)!
The customer service was horrribleee to say the absolute least! Come to find out their call center is in the Philipines. After screaming for 20 minutes about how I was not going to pay for their mistake they said they would supply me with a USPS shipping label but they normally never do that. Gee, thanks so much for altering your horrific policies to correct YOUR MISTAKE!
They could not tell me why this happened, how this happened, where in the world the sweater I actually ordered was because I certainly did not receive it. The did not seem to care at all about what had happened or that they were losing my business! I will NEVER EVER buy anything from this company again! Do not be fooled by their low prices on brand names or the "free shipping" because in the end you will end up paying to ship back your incorrect, crappy items!
I just hope when they finally receive this sweater back that they have enough sense to not put it back on the shelf and sell it to some other unsuspecting shopper!"

"Worst experience ever. I saw a great shirt on sale and ordered xmas time for my bf as a new year gift. The item came really fast--only the wrong one! I contacted them right away and they agreed to send me one more time. The second time the wrong shirt again! Now I have two wrong items 2 weeks after new year eve and all they can tell me is the item I ordered went out of stock and they can only give me free shipping for next purchase. I lost my trust in them and asked them to refund me first and expect the items return after I see my money back. Whole experience sucks."
"I found a pair of Mizuno running shoes at a killer cost and ordered them right away. I'd never heard of 6pm so afterwards I started looking at reviews. I got really concerned because there seemed to be a lot of negative reviews, but the very next day I got an email that my order had shipped and recieved it three days later. I had chosen the Free Shipping so I was expecting the stated 7-10 days to receive them. Instead, I ordered on a Monday and had them in my hands by Friday. Right item, right size.
