"I purchased two refurbished iPads from A4C. The first refurbished iPad had an inferior digitizer screen, which began to crack almost immediately, despite the iPad rarely being moved, and never being dropped or even being taken out of the house.
The second iPad I purchased from A4C couldn't even make it past the iPad set-up menu. The digitizer screen again was clearly inferior, and malfunctioned immediately, not even allowing me to enter my Apple ID. The home button wouldn't respond unless pressed four or five times in succession. In sum, I owned the iPad for all of about 10 minutes before having to email A4C that I would be returning it.
A4C responded to my email, asking if I would accept a replacement iPad instead. Needless to say, I declined. Instead, I purchased another iPad from a more reliable retailer, and gladly spent more for it. As I told the rep, one refurbished iPad "lemon" from A4C could've simply been an honest mistake. But two out of two? No."

Call customer service no problem they will replace it. I had to send my microsoft pro 3 back first before they will process my replacement. Understandable cool. They provide 2 day pro. mail label.
Sent my computer back on tue, it was in there mail box on thurs cool.
I call monday to see where they were with my replacement hoping it was on it way. NO customer service said no it still in the mail box waiting to be picked up to be taking to the warehouse. WHAT ... Give it two more day u should receive email when we get it in the warehouse.
Wed came still no email. Called still in mail box waiting to be picked up, give it another day. OK
Thur still no email. Called wat going on ... How long will it be before i get a replacement. No anwser .. Once the warehouse receive it u will get a email. When will they recieve it wat the hold time on dat/unknown/ u will know when u get the email. Then i find out they out of stock. Ask for refund. Still waiting on them to recieve my computer before they will process my refund. Customer service stated they have alot of return comin into the warehouse stated i wait my turn until they get to my order. WTF

"I placed a small order for an SD card because they offered to ship to Canada for a reasonable amount. The shipping confirmation sent was incorrectly labelled as a USPS tracking number. It was actually a DHL number. This was cleared up by a call to customer service who answered promptly and were very helpful. Based on the shipping to Canada and the excellent problem resolution I would gladly do business with A4C again.

"I purchased a refurbished Samsung fast wireless charging stand. The listing stated it was refurbished to work as new. The item did ship promptly (the only bright side). Upon receipt I noticed that there was no wall charger included. If you know about fast charging, a compatible wall charger is required, otherwise its just a standard slow charger. I contacted customer service who sounded nice at first but quickly changed tone when I explained the situation. She was rude and defensive and told me the listing clearly stated it only included the stand and micro-usb cable. Lo and behold I check the web site and it was REVISED since my purchase to indicate there was no wall charger included. I politely ask the woman to initiate a return at which point she indicates that a return label will not be provided and I must pay return shipping.
You sell an item that is INCOMPLETE, change the listing after the fact, and not provide a reasonable return process?! On top of that I have to deal with a customer service rep with a nasty attitude?! Shame on you A4C. I've purchased items from you in the past and will never again."
"Recently they were selling the samsung wireless charger stand for 30 bucks, which seemed to be a good deal, the deal was posted on slickdeals.net. A lot of people purchased the item, which listed as "NEW" condition on their website. However, Everyone received the item is in "open box" condition, which are the luck ones. Mine doesn't even have the complete set inside the box. Mine charging stand was used, the clear sticker which suppose to protect the stand was on the inside of the box, manual was glued to it, then I don't see the mini charger or cable in the box. I saw the wrap and plastic bag for them, but not the charger and cable. This is the first time I purchased anything from them, and I will not purchase anything from them anymore! The customer service is horrible too."
"6/29/16 UPDATE:
2 days after calling customer support, and still no tracking number for my replacement. I called back today, and was hung up on by THREE different customer service agents. FINALLY when talking to the fourth one, I REFUSED to let her put me on hold, and had her speak to me the entire time that she was looking up and verifying what had happened....Turns out the customer service agent 2 days ago NEVER SUBMITTED FOR A REPLACEMENT!!!!! I WAS IRATE....The rep that I was on the phone with stated that she would request one immediately, and I told her that I would wait with her on the phone while she did so, and wouldn't hang up without an RMA number....So we sat on the phone for another 10 minutes, and I FINALLY received my RMA notification, AND this time she offered to ship it expedited/next day....We shall see what happens this time....

I have shopped with A4C many times in the past, so when this deal came up, I had no reservations. Purchase went through without a hitch, until it came to shipping.
I received an email stating that my package had shipped 1 day after my purchase, and it even came with a tracking number. I immediately logged usps.com to check the status and there was nothing showing. Three days after I placed my order, the item FINALLY said it had departed the shipping partner facility, however two days after that, or five days post purchase, another status change to the shipment saying "Pre-shipment info sent to USPS". At this point, I was confused, as pre-shipment info wouldn't be sent AFTER the shipment was already picked up.....Anyway, that same day, another status change was put in "Shipment accepted", but this time it showed a post office that was 1.5 hours away from my home which led me to believe the package was on it's way....Fast forward another 5 days, now 10 days after purchase, and there has been no more movement or status updates on my item. This was supposed to be a Father's Day gift, and here I sit, 9 days past Father's Day and no gift in sight....
I decided to call the post office to get some insight on what was going on. They informed me that the tracking number that I had been given was a tracking number for a batch shipment with many items in the shipment, and not just my item. Their system showed no evidence of my item being in their possession, and recommended that I call A4C to find out what was going on.
I called A4C, and the customer support staff immediately put me on hold, and when she came back she simply stated "We'll reship". I asked if I could have a tracking number and an estimated delivery date, and she said that I had to wait until the next day when they shipped it to get any of that information. I asked for faster shipping since my item obviously didn't show up when it was supposed to, and was told that was up to the shipping people....
I begrudgingly accepted that they would reship the item, with hopes that I will truly receive a tracking number and actual shipment this time.
I have never made a purchase this big with A4C before, and only did so due to my past experiences with the company. I will have to rethink my stance on this in the future, as right now I feel that I am out the $140 I spent....I will update this review when there is more movement on my issue...."

Their response of course was that they want nothing to do with it and I'm pretty much screwed by purchasing from that so called company. Customer service sent me a useless email which took them at least 4 days to respond. I will see what I can do for a chargeback."

"I ordered a refurb Galaxy Note 2014 Edition tablet. Arrived in pretty good condition (some very minor scratches on the back). However the LCD had some noticeable backlight leakage. It's tolerable but I felt it should be somewhat discounted because of the problem. I contacted customer service and they were able to issue a partial refund for the backlight leakage. I'm very satisfied with their handling of the issue and I would buy from them again.

"Apparently I mistyped the street address. They did get in touch with me. I gave them the right address. They said one of the items was out of stock in the original color I had chosen, they offered 2 other choices. I picked one. They are sending the order out again. So far I am frankly surprised at how cordial and effective the whole conversation has been. Not the *fastest*, like it takes a day or two to get through the whole back-and-forth, but they are (apparently) trying. I haven't received the stuff yet so who knows maybe it will all go south in the end, but at this moment I am very happy with the interaction. I mean more than one might reasonably expect for such discount prices. No I'm not related to A4C.com in any way that I know of. :-)"
